  1. I have no dog in this fight, and I will say there are always two sides to every story BUT - Ira (the owner) at Legend is a good / decent man and does not stick customers - jmo
  2. NJ NICS is a point of contact for a Federal System, and the NJSP have acknowledged that the Federal "3day" rule does apply. They don't publicly state it, but we have it confirmed, that they (NJSP) defer to the fed ruling - 3 business days (not including the day of submittal) if the NICs is not approved or denied, a Dealer can (if he so chooses) make the transfer w/o an approval. Now, getting a dealer to do it is another story. We have turned over guns to very well known and trusted clients after the fouth day but it is rare and only for very specific curcumstances (like a permit is going to expire)...........

Ref. #22BA651 (with 10rd mags) FIRST "I'll Take it" gets it $185.00 - Price is Cash, no tax Buyer will be offered 100 rds CCI Mini Mags (at additional cost) Mfg. Notes: Just swap this drop in conversion with the bolt carrier group from your 5.56/.223 chambered rifle and you will be ready to shoot .22LR. Ships with 3 10rd magazines. For best performance use a round style hammer as notched hammers can cause function issues and 36 grain plated nose bullets have proven to be the best choice for function.
  7. There are a couple different ways to do it, but the way we do it here is as follows: 1) Seller and Buyer agree upon the sale either off-site or at my place (This would include who is paying the transfer fee). 2) Gun(s) are handed over to us, and booked in from the Seller, and transfer fee is Paid in Full. - he (or she) is now out of it) 3) Buyer files out the 4473, and we submit the NICs 4A) NICs is Approved - Buyer comes and picks up the gun(s) 4B) NICs is Denied - Buyer cannot have the gun(s) and we would have to sell them for the buyer as a consignment or hold them for the buyer until he straightens out his issue with NICs. In the later case, a Storage fee would be charged, so it usually less expensive to just sell them at that point.
  8. Yea - In a State where NICs is Instant - Sine in NJ you will not get an instant response, and the seller is going to leave - the FFL must book in the Firearms................
  9. M1 Carbine is banned by Name, so if it says M1 on the frame and it's a carbine rifle there is no way around it in NJ AK , is "Avtomat Kalashnikov type" and the NJSP turn a blind eye to any variants except if it has the name "Kalashnikov" on the frame loophole, but AK's are legal to sell in NJ - For now!
  10. Again with the 'basic other"? Troy is so good they give you a 1 year warranty - Radical is Lifetime! Mfg doesn't offer lifetime warranty on junk, yo udo get what you pay for, and Radical is a good value for the money.....
  11. basic as in - Base model? With Troy you get sights, with Radical we sell the F/U sights as an option Radical with optional F/u Sights is still $500.00 less than Troy............
  12. We have sold over 200 FO-13 in the past year and not One (1) warranty return! We have had a few people say they were short stroking , but it always turned out they were using .223, so it is a Multi cal gun but it needs to be broken in with 5.56 for the first 100 - 150 rds - then Good to go!
  13. Went past a Micky D's today - McRib has landed................
