I know it’s late to be asking but does dicks have any ammo deals going on the whole weekend? I know they had the doorbusters stuff for Black Friday but wondering if there’s anything that’ll still be on sale today

I went by there today and nothing has changed. If it's already approved, what are they waiting for?

The Rahway location is the next town over from me. Even though it's close, I only shopped there once a couple years ago when they had a really good sale on m&p 15-22 rifles. Had no problem at all with my purchase but it was the only time I went there.

Don't even need 9mm but I'll have to take advantage of this sale. Almost as good a deal as when Walmart was selling the perfecta ammo for cheap a few years ago

Don't know if it's a BF deal but Harbor Freight has metal 50 cal ammo cans for 15.99 each. Use a 20% off coupon and it's a pretty good deal.

So at least the previous deal lowered the sales tax, something we would all benefit from. But now it's just tax deductions for the poor and elderly. What a bunch of bullshit. If they didn't waste billions on pensions, unions, and welfare we could have the best roads in America and have money to spare. Fuck this state. It's completely lost and going down the gutter. Can't wait till next month when I go on my road trip down south in search of property. Whatever it takes I'm gonna be out of here by end of 2017

3 weeks is nothing. Last two times for me were around 6 months

Buy it cheap, stack it deep. That's what me, my brother, and a couple friends have been doing the last few years so we can ride out this panic buying bullshit whenever it happens. If you can spare the money, buy some ammo whenever you see it at a good price. Like someone said earlier in this thread, it's not gonna get cheaper or more plentiful in the future. And if you're in a pinch, you can always sell it. As long as you bought your ammo at a good price, you'll never lose money selling it.

For the last couple years I figured I wanted exit this shithole by the time Christie leaves. With the mandatory pension contributions coming up on the ballot in November and couple that with bailing out AC and the 5 cent bag tax among other things, I'm gonna try and get out of here soon as I can. Sometime next month I'm going on a 5-6 week long road trip. Will be visiting friends in NC, SC, and Florida. Will also go see family in Alabama and Louisiana. Will be searching for property while there. I'm almost 30 yrs old and have been working my ass off in the family business since high school. I'm thru with having to pay over 25K a year in property taxes every year, high car and health insurance, etc. Luckily I'm not married and have no kids.

It's not rocket science. All you need to do is Google if NJ recognizes out of state permits. I just did it on my phone and it took all of 30 seconds to get an answer. If he woulda done that then he would of known to leave his gun behind. I'll say it again, it sucks what happened to him cause of our bullshit laws. But I'll never feel sorry for people's stupidity.

A criminal piece of shit was shot dead. There's nothing tragic about that. I'm happy for them to be alive and celebrate their anniversary. Good for them.

As much as I hate to see a law abiding innocent person get arrested for something stupid like this in our shithole state, I can't say I feel sorry for him. He should have known to not bring a gun here. There is no excuse for not knowing the gun laws of state you're traveling to.
