  1. Time to figure out how to renew my membership without needing to drive 45 minutes for a 10-minute thing.
  2. I thought about it but I don’t have many tools or jackstands.
  3. Sounds like I need to head your way. My Grand Cherokee needs brakes.
  4. It’s disappointing. The last time France had a revolution there was a lot more singing.
  5. As far as I know the Pacifica Hybrid loses Stow and Go for the EV batteries.
  6. I was curious about the Telluride and heard good things. The only dealbreaker is the dealer markups. Minimum 10k over MSRP back when I was actively looking.
  7. Someone posted somewhere a google maps view that showed how far he ran in the video. It was pretty nuts. Listening to him try to catch his breath made me really anxious. Amazing job closing on the shooter, yelling at bystanders and coordinating over the radio.
  8. Yeah, the rotary shifter was odd, though I prefer it to the minivans that try to fit a stick or column shifter in. Took up little room for something I rarely touched while driving. I don’t remember playing Magic 8-ball with the door buttons but maybe ours was different. I will say it also had rust issues after only 3-4 years which would be concerning if it wasn’t a lease.
  9. FTFY. On the other hand, their exhaust smells like corn enchiladas.
  10. I hate to admit it. My wife’s old Pacifica was like driving the starship Enterprise. With kids and pets and her side business it was super convenient.
  11. I was close to trading in my standard Grand Cherokee for the 3-row L version. We are definitely outgrowing the 5 seat WK2 as much as I love it. I wasn’t a huge fan of the L but it’s better than a minivan. At 50K though it’s more than your looking for. I also briefly looked at the Kia Telluride but the dealer markups were insane at the time.
  12. That was a 0.0 on the snark scale. There is no definitive ruling because the law is vague and up for interpretation. I agree with brucin’s but… the AG may not should the case come up.
  13. They’ve been closed since early May and it’s still indeterminate? Oof.
  14. Instructions unclear. Rose bushes have holes in them.
  15. The two judges that voted to stay portions of the PI in this case also dissented in the en banc review of the Range case (possession by non violent felons). Take that for what you will.
  16. I’m ok with those terms. Though an F35B would be easier to land in the driveway.
  17. They’ve been around a few years. Invasive species. Kill with fire.
  18. Meanwhile on topic. 3rd Circus partially grants stay on the injunction.
  19. Aren’t collapsible or expanding batons prohibited for civilians?
  20. I don’t know why you would have to requalify if the course you already took meets the yet-to-be-published requirements. I would hope you could just submit documentation that shows the course you took meets the new requirements. My main point is that the aggravation may be the same whether you submit now or wait to submit since you already took a course. You will either need to get documents to include/add to your application or take new training if what you took doesn’t meet the new requirements. Stu brings up a really good point though. If you wait then you’d have to take the new training before you submit. If you submit now you’ll have until October.
  21. A couple thoughts in no particular order It’s only two weeks until the new requirements are supposed to be posted. Waiting may save you some aggravation. On the other hand they may ignore the deadline. If so you could be waiting longer than you expect Either way you’ll have to retake some training. I would hope that PD would allow you to append your in-progress application with proof you meet the new requirements.
