Agreed, face to face on armslist deals. Not uncommon to request a money order as payment on gunbroker or other sites where feedback is tracked though. Alternatively ask to use a credit card as payment and just claim a fraudulent transaction if it doesn't show up.

CJ changed their rules on 50 cal a few months ago. If you get a special purpose badge you can shoot prone on the HP range. I was just out there a couple hours ago. Scope was actually better than I anticipated. Eye box isn't very forgiving especially at max mag but it will do for now. At 1k + yds I could see more mag being a plus. Recoil is amazingly minimal. Like the same as a 308 bolt. BORS tracked perfectly from 100-350 and back several times. It's like cheating with that thing. Unfortunately it's made for the scope it came on. They do make a model for the pm2 so I'm gona see what that would run me. It came with the Leupold MK4 4-14 w/ BORS attached. I'm not really a fan of it and am looking for a S&B PM2 5-25 with the P4F reticle.

You are right, pics (especially my crappy cell pics) don't do it justice. I started hoarding ammo for it a while ago when I started looking at purchasing one. I'm gona sight it in at CJRPC but they only go out to 340yd so I'm gona head into PA to a 1k yard range when I can. 2 other guys I know bought m107a1's the same time I did and we are gona head out there together at some point. Always thought it would be cool to own one, and one of the local shops hooked up a fantastic deal on a very rare Barrett M107A1 MCR package. Came with the full kit good ol' Uncle Sam gets which generally isn't offered to the public. Complete with watertight case, extra mags, scope, BORS, etc. Taking her out this week to get sighted in.

If their MDR is as good as their DTA line I will get one. My DTA SRS A1 is the best bolt gun I've ever shot.

The fsc 556 that comes on it is good to go in nj so it just needs to be pin/welded and the stock needs to be fixed like others said. Used tavor prices dropped since the x95 launched. I am looking at a fde one with sabra trigger, lightning bow, and curved butt pad for 1300. I already have one but for that price might just grab it.

I am also using a carbon fiber Manfrotto. The thing is awesome. Weighs nothing and goes from 15"-6ft height and everywhere in between. I have the 3rd one down in the second link.

I have found that with knives (as most other things) you get what you pay for. Benchmade makes great knives made of premium steel and you pay for it. If you want a less expensive but still good quality blade look at the american made offerings of Kershaw, Spyderco, and CRKT. You should also look up the different steel types used in different blades to determine what suits your needs best. Once you go over $100 your options increase greatly. I just got a NIB Benchmade Adamas for $100 and I am pinching myself. Should be here tomorrow.
