  1. Bought a 750 of Le Fin Du Monde tonight which was great. Belgian style ale. Light color, crisp for a 9% beer. Highly recommend. Also bought a bottle of Oban 14yr whiskey. Never seen it here, tried it in Italy and liked it. Local store ordered it for a great price.
  2. 0, guess I gota be more controversial.
  3. ^ Would also go Noveske or KAC for that money. Have both, they are both moa rifles at 100yds easy. Noveske is my favorite rifle just bc of their design and use of standard bcg but kac is just as accurate.
  4. John Monekka is excellent, is up by you but comes down to my area once a month. We always go see him when hes down. He can do pretty much anything. If interested pm me, I will send you info and youtube vids.
  5. I have the same scope as you and agree the reticle isn't too thick. Will be interested to see how these fair when they come out. I've been spoiled by their HD Gen 2 glass though so I'm sure it will be like night and day.
  6. I have an obd 2 scanner you can borrow. I dont think we are that far from each other.
  7. Did you hit the screw with a torch first to get the cement loose before you tried to unscrew it? Those screws are a bitch to get out, everything I read tells you to heat em up real good first. After leaving a torch on it for about 45 seconds Ive never had a problem backing them out (when they aren't stripped of course).
  8. I have irons on all my rifles. Sight them in and generally don't use them again unless its a rifle with a fixed mag optic and offset irons. The exceptions are ak's and antique rifles which just have the irons on em.
  9. I also have an unfired polish m44. All matching, beautiful stock. Apparently they found a bunch of them somewhere in the early 90s and imported a ton of them all in new condition. Im not shooting mine its not often you find something that old and still unfired.
  10. Thanks for the replies guys, it looks like what I have is an IPT file. Can I print something off of that?
  11. I have a small plastic part I need printed. It's not made anymore, but I have the blueprint for it and if I can find someone to print it for me it will make my life a lot easier lol. Please pm me if you are able to help. Item is roughly 2"x3/4" round and is a simple design. Thanks!
  12. Jt custom guns in lanoka harbor keeps them in stock I believe.
  13. Never had an issue, only 2 orders though. Got the items within a week of ordering.
  14. Just buy pmc xtac if you are that in need of that particular kind of ammo!? Its useless for hunting paper duno why ppl are going crazy over this. Regular 223 works just as good on paper and 855 is the last thing you wana use in your house.
  15. Lol yea there is a vendor here that has them for sale for less than that new out the door.
  16. Bought a 716 a couple weeks ago. Had shot one previously but cant wait to get mine to the range.
  17. Excellent point. Need mil/mil or moa/moa to make easy math.
  18. I will note I also had a Vortex PST 2.5-10x and the glass quality was very good but I felt that the magnification range was kind of useless for the shooting that I do. I rarely if ever go past 340yds and bc of that I prefer a true 1x scope for anything except a long range precision rifle.
  19. That is a good option, but my vote would be to buy a used Vortex Gen 2 1-6. You can find some good deals on them on the various boards. Lifetime transferrable warranty means you don't have to worry about it being used. Glass is best in class for its price point IMO. I have 3 of them I like em so much. The glass is true 1x so you can shoot both eyes open and it has a red dot in the middle if you want to use it that way.
  20. My place doesn't have pickup/delivery but it is on my way to work so I don't find it inconvenient.. It's $1.05/lb. It would start to make less sense at $1.75/lb.
  21. I'm probably gona get flamed for this, but I find it more cost effective to have a service do the laundry than to do it myself. For ~60/month I have all my laundry cleaned and folded. It's always perfectly clean, they hang anything that needs to be and fold everything else, by category. When I back out the cost of detergent and softener, plus the cost of my time it's a huge win. I have a washer and dryer at home but why be bothered with that shit if someone else will do it on the cheap?
  22. He felt it was a safety concern. After some consideration and perhaps real world experience I think he agrees its a non issue.
  23. I have no idea which rule, but I do remember during the new member meeting they specifically said you couldnt bring ppl to the club for profit. I.e. you are an instructor you cannot guest ppl in to teach a class. That being said Im waiting until all the facts are out to see who is in the wrong here. Def some interesting points being brought up by George but after attending several gen meetings and bod meetings, then reading the suit I dont think I can come to a conclusion without all the facts in front of me. One positive that came out of it is we can shoot pistol caliber carbines in the pits now (with no special purpose badge). Shot with a BOD member recently and he told me although he fought it he lost the battle and after losing it he felt it was silly to have fought it (thats a paraphrase).
  24. My sister has an older infinity i30 for sale. Its in good shape, I think it just hit 100k. Shes asking $3800. Pm if interested.
