  1. So you are saying that there are lots of places selling 9mm for $10-$12 a box? Most of the sites Ive been looking at barely have any 9mm stock at all....
  2. This may be good for today, but it was 50% less 6 months ago.....
  3. Henrym, I think you are right..... if the public keeps paying $2000 for an AR and $20 for a box of 9mm then why should retailers sell them for less?
  4. I just started to get into this sport about a year ago. I have 1 9mm and I was enjoying shooting it a few times a month. I was buying cases of FMJ online for $200 and these prices allowed me to continue to enjoy my new hobby. Im running out of target ammo, and so I started to look online for more...... there hardly is any. If I do find any the prices have gone up 100% or more. I also wanted to purchase some other firearms - scratch that idea, I can barely afford a .22 pistol. I know that this has been going on for over 3 months now, but I just need to voice my frustration. Now I go to my range once every 2 months. Overall Im just upset and hope that prices go back to the way they were. Im afraid that these inflated prices are here to stay, just like we will never see gas go below $3.00/gallon again......
  5. Let me know if you find something else.... the only reason I put up with the high fees is because it is so close to my house.
  6. I agree Nascar, I guess I am starting to see Hague's true colors. I understand that there is a demand for ARs but do you really need to double the price? Couldn't they just raise is a few hundred. I would think they would want to be selling guns after the prices calm down. Then again, I bet these will sell out as soon as they get them.....
  7. So, I "like" them on my Facebook page and I am a member to the range there. Yesterday they posted a message stating that they would be getting some Windam AR15s in soon. The price.... $2,000. Now I know they are hard to find right now, but common..... they were selling the same rifle for $900 2 weeks ago. To make it worse, they removed peoples responses about how they were price gauging and that they were taking advantage of the increase of demand. If you want to sell them for $2k a pop, thats fine I guess, but dont try to protect your image by removing negative posts.......
  8. That's interesting, I didn't know they did that. I don't really agree with it either, but hey, its their Facebook page.....
  9. Thanks all! I chose the Beretta due to the price and reading so many positive reviews..... So far I havent had any failures and the recoil is fairly manageable for a 9. The hardest thing has been making sure the front sight is ON the target, not below.
  10. Hey all, I purchase my first firearm a few weeks ago. I already have about 1000 rounds through it! Im really enjoying my new hobby. Beretta PX4 Storm 9mm
  11. Ive lived in WD for 6 years and in that time the bill has doubled.....
  12. Thanks for the input, I hadnt heard much about Aguila before.....
