Have to agree with HOME. Don't think the resturants have the luxury of time to make real gravy. Yes we call it gravy. Only been to one resturant that was true home made italian food. Even had the oil floating on of the gravy. Was outside of camden, unfortunatly they're not there anymore.

They had that deal back in December. 2100 plus ammo can for $84.00. I ordered and it's been back ordered ever since. I'm still getting notices it's still back ordered. WTF!

If he has one gun and doesn't want it stolen in the event of a robbery, OK I guess. If he has several guns, what's the point in putting one in the wall? If it's for home defense I'd guess with all the racket and time to break the wall the burglar would be on him. Not judging, just saying.

What have you guys been getting from Cabelas? I ordered 22LR in December and still back ordered.

I wasn't looking for any kind of specific answer as to what to do in my situation in my original post, just wanted to get opinions as to what others are doing. With all the responses, all good, it seems there is no one answer . It all depends on what you want to accomplish. Hide the guns from thieves in a safe, doesn't really give you quick access for self defense. Small nightstand safe, quick accessibility but fairly easy to steal if your not home. Add children in the home and you have other circumstances to deal with. I guess what it comes down to is what the individual is comfortable with.

I'm looking to get a safe but I'm just wondering, if you don't have one where do you keep your firearms. Do you hide them somewhere in the house/garage, just stick them in a closet?

Just bought a certified car. I feel we got a pretty good deal and a 24 month/24000mile warranty. Pretty much always bought late model , low mileage cars as we don't keep them that long. Work truck , bought new because I keep them a long time.

I'm thinking duck hunting during duck season is a little different than shooting clay pigeons in the middle of the bay in the summer.
