What exactly is the point of a non resident fpid? Is it just for transport purposes?

Someone clear this up for me if I'm off base, but wouldn't this law create a "monopoly" type of environment in favor of this company? How is it legal to even legislate in a monopoly. If so, This law doesn't just attack 2a it attacks the very foundation of our country

The last couple times I have gone they get about halfway full right at 1, then maybe a couple more lanes after that, then people start filling in as people leave.... I haven't seen it get completely full yet Next week we are going later in the afternoon so it will be interesting to see how busy it is
