I will have about 1000 extra dollars come Spring, and I want to use it to buy a nice firearm. Maximum is about 1200. What should I buy? I don't know... I already have Glock 22, Sig P938, Micro Desert Eagle, NAA Mini Revolver, Beretta Neos, M&P 15 Sport, Winchester Ranger 120, Albanian SKS. Expensive I was thinking.... like Desert Eagle, SW 500, Chiappa Rhino. To satisfy my inner teenager. Then I thought I could also get like two or three guns. Then I was thinking a nice 1911, like maybe a Kimber. Or maybe a decent over under shotgun. A FiveseveN? Is that even legal here? Expensive to shoot though. Sub2000 gen 2 possibly along with something else.... Any ideas guys?

I got a Ruger 22/45 Lite last Spring, it comes with a threaded barrel. I plan on getting a suppressor for it when I move to PA.

I agree, while the magazine limit is moronic, right to carry must be allowed. It, to me, is more important. Since the mid-90s the NJ homicide rate has remained somewhat steady. I'd suggest not embellishing crime rates since, please correct me if I am wrong though, crime rates overall are pretty low across the nation when compared to crime rates over the last century or so. Individual stories are a good emotional pull even if they are anecdotal. Stories where concealed carry could have possibly helped the victim. Also using John Lott's stats on self-defense with firearms.

Legalizing drugs is freedom. People should be free to harm themselves (or get high whatever) otherwise we are not truly free. Take away one freedom and all are in jeopardy. I'd vote for him absolutely.

There are strong philisophical arguments for natural rights anyway. The problem with God given is that, unlike Muhammad, the founders (who were mostly deist) never claimed God told them anything, they assumed. Anyway, remember that "carry permits" violate the constitution and our God given/natural rights anyway.
