  2. Thanks, I have a maybe I will stick with PWS have one on my 5.56 build, i know they have the FSC30. Was looking for anyone that did a build and what brake they used.
  3. Gonna build a .300 Blackout Upper and have everything but a muzzle brake. Any suggestions without spending $150.00? Anyone who has done a .300 build their suggestions would be helpful. Thanks
  4. Great Lowers, picked one up for 49.99
  5. Thanks, I have a Wilson 300 Barrel waiting to be attached to a upper. I might have to pick one of these up.
  6. Anyone have any experience with these barrels, they just came back in stock seems like a really good deal for a budget build. http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/catalog/product/view/id/18253/s/16-mid-length-stainless-steel-5-56-nato-1-9-barrel-with-5-56-nato-1-9-palmetto/category/325/
  7. I paid about $1175 out the door tax and nics. JC 3.5% sales tax. It did come with 2 plates in the soft case. Where did you get yours and how much $.
  8. Just picked one up from Caso's in JC (Great Gun Shop). Can't wait to get out and shoot her. Gonna hold off on the RMR, gotta a few other projects I want to finish first. Glad to hear all the good feedback , Thanks.
  9. How does she shoot was thinking about picking one up. Anyone have any experiences. It got great reviews on the interwebs.
  10. K-31's and other Swiss rifles back in Stock at Claasic Firearms. In the description they said it was the best batch they have gotten in a while. http://www.classicfirearms.com/long-guns/swiss-k-31-carbine-rifle
  11. If you can find calcium chloride, you can make socks out of pantyhose and lay them in your gutters that will help too.
  12. I used a roof shovel today to move some of the snow off the roof away from the gutter. It is basically a hard plastic or aluminum low profile shovel that's about 2' long with 10' extensions that you can add to it. Then I put some heat trace in the gutter. It's gonna take a while for the heat trace to melt the ice, but a lot melted today.
  13. Cool thanks, that's good to hear. I am doing my first full upper build and wanted to keep the cost down. I picked up a stripped upper and upper build kit from PSA for about $65 and the Troy 12" Bravo Rail for $109. So now I need to pick up a barrel gas block and a tube.
  14. I watched another video by Mrgunsngear and he gave it a GTG with no real issues. I will try to find some more info. Thanks everyone for your replies. Here's the link to the video (don't know how to embed video from my phone) http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=VgFCDxJIH0g
  15. Thanks, I watched the video. Kind of odd that was happening, seems like AIM Surplus was quick to remedy it by sending out a new bolt and a return label for the one that he was having issues with. If I do order one I will give a review (if I can ever get to the range). Just seems like a good price. I have a WMD NiB BCG and it is really easy to clean, with the coating on it.
  16. I did see that. Curious why they did that too.
  17. I got one from PSA around Christmas. Very good quality for the price, I think it might be better then the PSA lowers.
  18. Does anyone own the AIM Surplus NiB BCG? I was curious if there were any issues. It seems like a good deal for a NiB BCG. $129.00 delivered with a lifetime warranty. http://www.aimsurplus.com/product.aspx?item=XAIMNiBBCGV2&name=AIM+NiB+.223%2f5.56+AR%2fM16+Bolt+Carrier+Group&groupid=723
  19. They were sold out of the sights the other day, I picked up a Troy 13" Bravo Rail for a good price.
