  1. Problem isn't the tires it's the idiot behind the wheel that forgets you can't stop on a dime. Instead of letting off the brakes and turning around when you can they lock up the brakes and panic when they fly past their stop.
  2. Sorry bud just looking for trades for now.
  3. Before they built Cabelas in Hamburg I did a lot of riding there. Along the river and hill climbs up in the mountains. The only thing that was there then was the RV place and the State Police.
  4. I have a 9hp 28" Craftsman snowblower with electric/pull start. Excellent shape. Looking to trade for a revolver or ammo 9,40,38 special 357. Would also consider a pump shotgun.
  5. My next door neighbor taught me how to shoot when I was around 8. We went back in the woods to an old bottle dump with a bolt action 22. Good times
  6. Just to put it out there, I have permit in hand
  7. Depending on what you want it for look at some of the folding hard covers. If you need the bed space it folds up in thirds. Giving you 2/3 of your bed open. Cheaper, secure and easy to take on and off if needed. Gives you the best of all worlds. http://www.extang.com/docs/solidfold.html
  8. Remember two weeks when we had a hard time getting on the forum......
  9. I guess some pool chlorine tablets and a test kit might be a good thing to have on hand. Since our water is so clean here a filter for removing pollutants would probably also be good.
  10. Not bad. Not the best I have had but not the worst. I would drink it again though. They are in Hersey PA so possible njgf road trip.
  11. Had a few of these and a few of those.
  12. The one problem I see with boiling and using creek water as a long term solution is it takes a large amount of energy to do. In a long term survival situation conservation of resources will be critical. Say your boiling water using wood. Just to cut and split wood your going to eat more and drink more water. Chlorine is easy to store and a little goes a long way. Maybe some type of solar still setup would be a way to collect clean water.
  13. Since we are on the topic of Huskies thought I would share this link. Well worth the look http://www.pawbonito.com/alaskan-husky-puppy-howling-for-the-first-time/
  14. Sorry girls you ladies missed an awesome day. Glad to see the die hards that made it out. Awesome time.
  15. Might only be able to stop in early for this one. I have to see what's going on.
  16. Both of my girls started on, still shoot, and prefer a recurve. My son started on a compound. The nice thing about compound is the ability to adjust the draw weight. It gives them a few years on it before they out grow it. The compound is going to be easier for them to hold it in the drawn position giving them more time to aim and a steadier shot. At that age having the ability to make adjustments is a huge benefit. A decent bow shop will have nice beginner packages in either style.
  17. Alec code is one ground only if it is tested and certified. Two rods 8' apart as you said is also code if you don't get the single rod tested. It's much cheaper and quicker to run two grounding rods. That is the only reason there is two rods installed for the main panel.
  18. This might be jersey legal. Each mag tube only holds 4 rounds and and has to be manually switched to the next mag tub. So it is not capable of firing more than four rounds before a reload. Any thoughts?
  19. If you have the Utah carry permit yea you can conceal carry in pa. Locked and loaded is fine. Just make sure you follow all of NJs laws till you are over the river.
  20. Simple and works well. Big draw back is I just found two gems I have been looking for so it's even easier to spend money now.
