I have three scopes and two RDS on LaRue mounts. I've taken them off multiple times, usually take it off when I clean the gun. I confirm zero after each time the optic is removed, but so far I have not witnessed a POA/POI shift. They seem to work as advertised. Return to zero every time.

Again, you are entitled to charge whatever you like and whatever the market will allow for. I just know that your competitors charge less. Maybe they don't make as much profit, maybe they get better deals from their suppliers. Either way, it's not my problem. I support the business with the best price. I get it, but it is not your home. If someone burglarized your home and stole your wife's engagement ring or your child's favorite stuffed animal, I get it. Those are things that insurance money will never replace. I also get the anger you feel having someone violate your place of business. I get the defensiveness. If someone criticizes you, it's natural to get defensive. The key is that if you receive criticism, to evaluate it and become better. That is where RTSP falls short. No one ever said the people there are not good people, but yeah, the pricing? Not so much. I get that, but other brick and mortar NJ gun stores charge less. Sometimes significantly less. A friend of mine became a member, he wanted a new gun. The price with his discount was still so much more than another store in NJ that he just went to the other store. What's the point of the membership then? Shooting at indoor ranges doesn't have to be expensive. There are ranges that are $15 per port per hour, not per person per hour. Are they are state of the art? No, but it's a range. All I need is a target holder and a back stop. I don't need anything fancy to get my practice in.

After dozens and dozens of classes where I draw from a holster hundreds of times a day? Really? Something your range masters can check in 2 minutes. $125? I lease only because there is no daily driver that I want to own. At least I have yet to find one. I also don't wan to be responsible for repairs in 3 years. Maybe if I find something I want to keep, I will buy it. The amount of money I paid out over the course of my last lease (up Feb 4) is less than the amount of depreciation the car has experienced over the last 3 years. If I had bought the car, I would have lost money trading it in over the the cost of my lease. If I was to get a Vette, I would buy it cause I know I would want to keep it. Otherwise, I lease.

Island was a dump and still is a dump. The pits are grass! Wtf lol. I raced there once maybe in 2002 when my car was trapping 112mph. Even then the shut down area was so small I had to slam the brakes. Now trapping 133 with skinnies and small front brakes. No thank you! I drove past it last year because the Costa class was at a range right behind it. Yeah, it's still a dump. Ill go yo Atco as usual.

The 1/8mile in yellow was typically used for JrDragsters. I guess when the ricers were there they used it as a spill over. I have a love and hate relationship with ETown. My car always ran better at Atco. Better traction 100% of the time. ETown kicked me out several times and one of the guys working there was a total dick. He left a few years back to race drag bikes professionally. Fuck I hated that guy. A lot of the other workers have become my friends since I started racing in 2001. It's sad to see them loose their jobs. I met some of my best friends through drag racing. A bunch of us are getting together tomorrow after years of not seeing each other because we all started talking about ETown closing this week. So maybe there is a silver lining My car was shot for GM High Tech magazine at ETown. I had to install mufflers just so I can run there for the photo shoot lol. Atco never busted my balls about noise. Old Bridge slapped ETown with a huge environmental tax. That, coupled with the offer from the car storage company was too much for the Napps to continue running cars down the strip. Sad. At at the end of the day Atco is better. So as convenient as ETown was, being 10 minutes away, fuck em. I'll go to Atco anyway.
