i don't know about a pistol gaitling gun, but a couple different manufacturers make a 10/22 rifle gaitling...a couple months ago cabelas actually used to sell one.

good topic, thanks cause i've been wanting to do the same thing to convert my G35 gen 4 to 9mm for cheap practice, does anyone know if i do this do i have to switch mags, i've heard differing opinions on different websites. thankyou

i see it, even the gun frenzy is slowly subsiding. i have about twenty guns/ and or ammo sites i check daily, at one point (about a month ago) you could not find .223 ammo.... period. now you have alot of sites with .223-it's either overpriced high end, or way overpriced low end- anything decent for a decent price is gone immediately. i've also been tracking prices for new and used mini 14's for a couple months on gunbroker- they peaked a couple weeks ago at about 1200 for a NIB mini (your heard correctly), and they're slowly dropping (though still vastly overpriced).

thanks for the feedback fellas i appreciate you taking the time. i will definately check out the AC course, i didn't know i was that close to it. and i checked out that appleseed thing, it sounds like a good deal for someone like me that's not ex military. and a ruger 10/22 is on for my next purchase, especially with the price of ammo right now.

and lucky gunner has some .223 also

thanks for all the welcomes everybody and no, ive never seen the Jersey devil, although i have seen/heard some pretty strange things in the woods at night around here when i was a kid- but maybe it was the doobage. and the best gun would probably be an over/under...after all the Jersey devil is supposed to be part bird/part goat/part man maybe dip the lead in some garlic and/or silver, cause you never know.

I'm new and i looked around but i couldnt find the answer to the following question. Is it legal to purchase a gun on an auction site that has high capacity mags, have it shipped to an ffl in PA, and have that FFL pin the clips at 15, then do the purchase and paperwork and legally bring it home to NJ>? thanks for your time.
