  1. They killed the Giggler, Man . . . Yeah, I probably shouldn't have one. I'd turn into a "street vigiliante" and fulfill all the fears of Piers Morgan.
  2. 10 inch barrel for a night on the town 14 inch barrel for entertaining
  3. Does anyone else feel the itch for one of these guys? http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=334024828#PIC
  4. $57.55 for a Hi-point JHP .45 that had been run over by a truck or something. I offered to pay for the repairs, but Hi-Point made it new for free. *EDIT* I just noticed the "new" thing. I guess being run over probably put it in the "used" category.
  5. Well, I guess at this point revealing my location won't be an issue. I'm in an office building in Augusta (right around the State Fairgrounds, where 15 meets 206). We're a stone's throw from Skylands Sport Shop, the State Police Barracks, and the Chatterbox Cafe.
  6. I'll start paying vendor dues when I get the FFL, and I can start selling the good stuff.
  7. I still haven't been charged the $200 for the FFL. My state retailer's license is here. On a different note, what information do you folks record in your ammo and AWB ledgers? Say for example, I want to record the receipt of 100 twenty-round magazines; will I need to make an entry for the disposition of each individual magazine?
  8. Great new member. No nonsense. His brother-in-law met me the same day. Turns out I know him from the Guard.
  9. Guys, send me the specific trigger and a way for him to contact you.
  10. Last call for these. I'm emailing my buddy a list within a couple of hours. I really need contact information for those who are interested.
  11. Just PM me with your phone and the specific SKUs you want.
  12. An FFL friend is making his initial buy with Timney, and he offered to sell any trigger at his cost from the initial buy-in. Shipping out within a week. Just let me know what you want by tomorrow afternoon. I'm going to be away from the computer while I'm down at Ft. Indiatown Gap, PA for my flight physical so just tell me what you want and PM me a phone number if you're interested. He says his price is 20 percent off the retail price on the Timney website.
  13. $155 including shipping, plus tax. $147 for in-store or face-to-face cash/check transactions. That's not a bad buy-in. Thanks for the heads up.

What sort of interest do forum members have in auto knives? Before we start "that" conversation again, you should be aware that auto knives are legal to have on your person as long as you have an "explainable lawful purpose."
  15. While I wait for the ATF to process my FFL application, I figured I might as well put something on the shelves. How do you feel about the following knife package?: 30-000718 Propel Auto - Black G-10 Handle, 420HC Blade 30-000695 Propel Downrange Auto - Tan G-10 Handle, S30V Blade 30-000380 Gerber 06 Auto - Tanto, G-10 Handles, Serrated - Box 30-000137 Covert Auto - Serrated - Box Mini Covert Auto, Serrated Edge - Box 30-000698 Propel AO - Black G-10 Handle, 420HC Blade c Propel Downrange AO - Tan G-10 Handle, S30V Blade 30-000642 Swagger AO
  16. They say Delaware law requires them to perform background checks "on most sales." Pray tell, what exempts them from the federal requirement to conduct background checks on every modern firearms sale?
  17. If people are such a danger to society that they can't own firearms, maybe they shouldn't be walking the streets. People can't be trusted with something as innocuous as a firearm shouldn't be permitted to mingle with children and the elderly.
  18. Actually, a fireproof safe is probably a great place for your powder.
  19. According to the NFPA you may store your smokeless powder in the original packaging up to 20 lbs. It doesn't really represent an explosive hazard . . . it's more a deflagration (fire) hazard. http://www.alliantpowder.com/getting_started/safety/storage_handling.aspx I wouldn't be too worried about it. Use the same precautions you would for other flammables. It's a propellant and not a high explosive.
  20. Yeah, get one in each caliber.
