  1. You would do whatever the situation calls for, but primarily you would run away, as its a crime in NJ to protect yourself. I still cant agree with the idea of essentially announcing your movements with a light, especially if he's armed (which you dont know). In that case, he's literally just watching and waiting for you to come to him... Regarding the concern over harming a family member or loved one (not mutually exclusive ), everyone has different circumstances as to the layout of their homes and who does and doesnt live there. A person's "plan" will depend on his or her specific situation.
  2. Try Ryan. He does gun trusts. If he cant help you, maybe he can recommend someone.
  3. https://bearingarms.com/cam-e/2020/03/23/nj-gun-store-home-delivery/ Thank the LORD for the free market, for entrepreneurs, for business owners. As hard as government is trying to ruin everything, they cant destroy the American spirit.
  4. I'm not a fan of lights. Because... it gives away your position. If the bad guy is waiting in the dark, he easily sees the light coming.
  5. And magazines. In in lieu of an all out firearm ban, you limit magazines.
  6. Hes saying that the gun is sold on consignment on behalf of the buyer not the seller.
  7. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but you can even have a long gun shipped to a PA FFL who generally charge much less.
  8. Can you share their names so we can also know things?
  9. Right, but he still practices here. I think he touched you in a bad place. Im sorry. :-(
  10. Absolutely. This was back in 2012-2013, post Sandy Hook gun grab panic. As a matter of fact, they called both of his references. Because the other guy called him a few minutes later and said they just called him.
  11. Ryan S. Watson Associate Attorney Tel. 610.358.9600 Collections, Insurance Subrogation, Criminal, Firearms and NFA Trusts, Real Estate, Wills & Trusts Hes in PA but can practice in NJ. Super pro-2A and really good guy. Hes the one who got Meg Fellenbaum pardoned: https://www.ammoland.com/2018/01/nj-gov-chris-christie-pardons-meg-fellenbaum/ This is a link to his father's firm, not sure why hes not listed there. https://www.watsonandallard.com/ But he is on this site: http://www.jscottwatson.com/ourattorneys.htm Try both links/sites until you get him.
  12. Youre saying that he cant be hired in exchange for money/payment? You really think he needs publicity? Is there any gun owner in this state who doesnt already know the name Evan Nappen? Defending Americans and gaining publicity are not mutually exclusive. Not sure how anyone can argue that we're worse off for having the guy around unless youre a cop or DA who is pissed that you couldnt throw one of us into a cage due to his defense.
  13. Thats interesting. I know that they used to call at some point. I was a referral for someone else. The NJSP called me. It was kinda funny because my buddy happened to be standing right next to me.
  14. Politicians will continue to violate the constitution until theyre forced not to. Even Heller was given with a laundry list of disclaimers. They said that an individual has a right to be armed but "shall not be infringed" can be ignored... Until people vote libertarian, our rights under both parties will continue to disappear.
  15. In your example, wouldnt the DUI be the add on charge?
  16. Youve got mental patients on this forum arguing the technicalities of NJ gun laws as though they are somehow legitimate. Although I do understand that it does take some degree of technical analysis to comply with these unconstitutional/immoral laws.
