  1. Are you defending the technicalities of the unconstitutional/immoral anti-second amendment NJ laws?
  2. Youre mad at a lawyer whose specialty is defending Americans from unconstitutional/immoral NJ laws?
  3. WOW ALL THAT TO CARRY IN NJ AND THEY STILL ARRESTED THE GUY???? Do we need any more examples? We know that our politicians hate NJ, its residents, the constitution and freedom. But is it safe to say that the average citizen should do whatever possible to avoid interactions/contact with the police? For decades, minority communities have been yelling and screaming about police criminality and abuses. Many of us, me included, ignored their cries for help and justice. I guess its our turn?
  4. Do you need 2 human referrals for the pistol permits? Or is that just for the FID card?
  5. Serious question, when do you ask for payment? Before the background check?
  6. It was a rhetorical question. Primarily to reflect, putting things into perspective during potential times of real hardship. And to those that monitor this forum of ours, I have to wonder, some of them law makers I'm sure. Ddoes the unlawfulness and immorality of their actions ever give them pause.
  7. Does PA honor any NR permits?
  8. Not sure how hunting works. I believe it has to be the correct season, that you need a permit or license? Would this stop anyone from hunting if you need food? What about concealed carry? Obviously, that would make you a giant criminal in NJ despite it being lawful in most other states. Will you do it anyway if you need to be out of your home knowing that things can get ugly very quickly out in public?
  9. In what sense? That they will continue to confiscate firearms in the middle of a pandemic? Or that they may go to the home of a person whos potentially infected?
  10. The "we're just following orders" cops come to your door with a confiscation order. You answer the door wearing a surgical mask and tell the cops that you're not feeling well and that you're self-quarantining because you think you might have the Coronavirus. Then what? Do they still enter your home to proceed with the confiscations?
  11. I would tend to agree. The prices for highly processed, cancer causing crap food is way too high.
  12. First of all, I never had a bad one. Lets just get that out of the way. And why just a good "one"? Whats with the stinginess? Why not have a good two? Or three? Have a good four even. A good one what? The hell are they talking about? "Take 'er easy" makes a ton more sense. Just, take 'er easy, life's too stressful. Damn right, thank you. You do the same.
  13. And the double standard that they stated in no uncertain terms that if the defense did what the prosecution did, theyd be facing criminal penalties. This is exactly why the "justice" system no longer has any valid authority or legitimacy. Why people are turning to mass non-compliance and jury nullification. Its one set of rules for them and a different set of rules for us. Laws are for thee not for me.
  14. And lets be honest. With regards to search warrants, 4th Amendment protections are essentially nullified. 98% of warrants are approved by the magistrate. A search warrant has now become a formality. It should be next to impossible for the State to enter and search a man's home without his permission.
  15. Too bad that the judge didnt grant the injunction. Especially since the judge has already said that the law is unconstitutional on its face. Another example of the system protecting itself.
  16. Make sure its something with actual protections. One of the other counties passes some statement which essentially said we support the 2A but will comply with all laws...
  17. WTF? Especially in more rural areas. Theres nothing right with this friggin state.
  18. Have yous guys tested any other brands of gas?
  19. Another vitally important tool is jury nullification. Freedom minded individuals need to start judging our actual laws not just sit there like mindless zombies voting to strip someone of their freedom simply because they violated an unconstitutional law. Not just firearms and tax laws but all kinds of non-violent "offenses" need to be nullified.
  20. I dont know which gas theyre buying, but my cars always runs like crap on their fuel. Not only does the gas suck but the Wawa pumps always charge me a couple extra bucks, even when the price and the amount of fuel is the same as compared to other places. Its as though their pumps are over reporting by a gallon or two. No more Wawa gas for me. I'll still eat their highly processed made to order frozen food. Actually I stay away from most of their food with the exception of their tuna fish hoagies.
  21. Wow, its still taking months? Mine took 9 months but I thought they had to start complying with the law...?
  22. This. What does it say...??? What does the resolution say?
  23. Nearly 200 people have had their guns seized in N.J. under new ‘red flag’ law Does this mean that everyone should start calling in order to join the suit? Comments section is lit.
