I have the same gun. How are you liking the new grips?Seeing as I only have 2 and haven't shot the shield yet then I'll have to say my 686+ sporting some new grips(and alittle crud, she's all shiny now)

I have a stoeger coach gun supreme and had to send it back after I initially bought it due to the light striking issue. I haven't had any issue with it since. I would recommend a remington 870 over a stoeger and it could be purchased for mid 300's as well.

4 inch barrel?Revolver is a Ruger GP-100 in 357/38 with a set of chigs grips and a Tru-glo front fiber optic. Built like a tank and reasonably priced.

I have the 2013 model with the fiber optic front sight and aluminum grips.. people with average or smaller hands find the grip too big and uncomfortable. The CZ 97b fits in my hand perfect, I prefer it over a 1911.

There's a range in Jersey City at Schuetzen Park.(The Kennedy Center) but not sure if its open to the public. I took a pistol clinic there a long time ago.

Devils fan here but with that aside Martin Brodeur is the best goalie to play the game in my opinion. I often think about where the devils will be without him when he retires because he is 40.

He will be doing his usual ask the governor tomorrow night and I'm wondering if he will speak on the gun bills. I will be calling and emailing to try to get him to express his views and opinions.

I am interested in joining obrpc at the next months orientation. Can any members tell me what to bring and what to expect. Also, what do you like or dislike about the club? What are the rules of a probationary member? I read on the obrpc website that members are required to put in 12 hours of work time per year? Any additional information would be appreciated. I live 10 minutes from the indoor range and I'm hoping it will be a good fit for me.

This is my favorite pistol in 45, I've stated before on the forum that I prefer the CZ 97B over a 1911. I really enjoy shooting it, very accurate, never had a problems. Good luck finding one though..
