So I have completed another season of a series. The show was called "The 100" and oddly I really liked it. I don't think I would have enjoyed it if I wasn't stupidly bored but it sucked me in. Basically theres a nuclear war on earth (not shown) and 13 nations shoot people into outter space because the earth won't be inhabitable for 100 years or something like that. The 13 nations somehow make one giant space station called the ARK and unify and all come together to save the human race. Ark is overcrowded, adults who commit crimes get "floated" lol I thought that was awesome. Juviniles go to prison. Well the council sends 100 juvinle prisoners to Earth to see if it is inhabitable so that they can bring everyone else down to earth. Kids on earth with no adults, blah blah blah "Grounders" attack guess earth was inhabitable the whole time, season two on TV now. All in all decent show. I am halfway done with Salem.... I am not normally one for spooky/horror/freaky stuff but I really am enjoying this show! It is SOOOOOO messed up! I kinda like these little 1-2 season shows because I get to see more of them. I find myself losing interest when theres 4+ season that I have to go through. Then again, I get mad when I finish season 2 and there are no more! Anyone else feel like they have seen everything on Netflix?

if you lose your remote, you can just say commands to the xbox to go to certain channels according to the guy at game stop. As for the Assasins Creed Unity, I have only watcehd videos (mostly on Amazon) and the game looks AMAZING! All the other AC games were really good but kind of linear and you were slightly restricted.... You had to find a wagon of hay to get off a building but now you can completely scale buildings. Also the multi-player looks like a blast. It really is a good price since the Kinnect is 150 alone and the system is 350 by itself. I keep debating between the Assassins Creed bundle and the Call of Duty bundle. The CoD one doesn't have a Kinnect but it does have 1T of memory which is insane. The kids will love the kinnect so I will likely get a bundle with kinnect. I am hoping closer to xmas that other bundles will come out.

My problem is they don't make scary movies they way they used to. Scary movies used to mess you up for like days.... now they are predictable and laughable just overly gorey. I saw yesterday that they added the new Carrie to the list. Dead Snow is decent... funny, scary, nazi zombies...... just saying The Bay was kinda cool The cabin in the Woods Any of the Paranormal Activity movies freak me out Contracted is on my list of "want to watch" VHS looks freaky I don't know if it is on netflix, but theres a movie called Pan's Labyrinth, its in spanish and all subtitled but this movie freaked me out. Just a creepy Del Toro flick.

I for sure thought he would go down in a blaze of glory and it would end in a fire fight. I guess I gave him too much credit and the coward will just rot in a cell for 30+ years

Are the voice controls better than the 360? When we watch netflix on the 360, you have to Yell in a stern and very certain accented voice to get it to respond correctly. I was always more of a PS guy but I gave it up and now I love my 360 and couldnt go back. Considering how much my wife loses the TV remote, this might be great for her! My kids will love the kinnect. I am 90% sure I am getting one.

Told the wife, no more 360 games ( even tho I pre ordered COD, Borderlands, and Destiny) i didnt pick any up, just going to change them to the X1 version and trade in all my 360 stuff to game stop for garbage credit. I don't think I NEED the 1T CoD version but I think I will get one of those Kinnect versions. The kids really liked the 360 kinnect games and my 3 year old LOVES the dancing games so I figure that is what I am going with. Probably wait until mid-late november and see what they offer towards black friday deals and christmas bundles.

So I am thinking of getting an X1 for the kids (and me but whatever don't judge). I saw the new CoD edition comes with 1T of memory which is INSANE! especially with the Cloud storage but whatever. So anyway I am on Amazon looking at different versions and what not and I see that the connect is about $150 added on so it makes sense to get a bundle. I get what you guys are saying about moving your location, but it does concern me during certain days. Some days I wear sweat pants, draw string makes it a bit more diffictult to wear on the waist. Wearing jeans or my 5.11s, i normally wear an undershirt, Tshit and hoody, and if its colder a jacket too. Now drawing with just the hoody is simple but the jacket is much more difficult. With the winter months coming, I think I may want to grab a shoulder holster. My EDC is a SW MP9c that I currently use IWB. However with so many layers on I am not sure this is the best option for functionality. I don't care for those 5.11 under armor style shirts with the concealed carry pockets. But I also don't want to have to lift a winter coat, hoody, t shirt to unholster. I saw those Sneaky Pete holsters that look like insanely large cell phone cases but still that would be on my belt. For those of you that can carry (or have carried other places), how would you handle the winter?

LOL so almost 100 people lit up a drug that is federally illegal right at the Statehouse!? i only ask because there is like a set pricefor long guns I thought. So unless we had enough people with p2p we couldn't do anything about the pistols but surely many long guns are worth more than buyback prices. even if we offered $50 more.... just saying I think it would be hilarious to read headlines like "CRAZY GUN GUYS BUY ALL THE GUNS BEFORE THE BUYBACK" lol

So I read this rather heart breaking story today about a woman with a brain tumor. Long story short, she has about 6 months to live and is in constant pain. She relocated so that she would be eligible for an end your own life thru medical means program. (Apparently only legal in 5 states). So basically this lady was given a pill that when she decideds she can't stand the pain anymore she can say her final goodbyes and basically kill herself peacefully. Now I know this community is all about personal rights so I am curious as to other peoples thoughts on this. Personally I think that if you no longer want to live that this is a phenominal way to end life. The requirements are something like you have to have a terminal illness and have less than 6 months to live. The ladies tumor was eating her mind so she wanted to be able to go when she decided. I can not imagine the horror yet peace given to her family and the emotional roller coaster she is on. I think this is a pretty good idea to allow people the choice.
