  1. Yes, that's why I advocate against the USSA & all nations for that matter.
  2. What we need is governance not government. Governance has been, can be, & should be provided by institutions that are voluntarily hired, financed, & fired. That is the solution to the cycle you descibe in the 2nd paragraph.
  3. Vlad, Obviously, I disagree that the constitution hasn't failed. As the anti-federalists warned it created an empowered govt that can oppress. In other words, the institutional framework it created is flawed. That's the gist of the Patrick Henry quote I read. Read the whole speech of his it's great http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Henry%27s_speech_in_the_Virginia_Ratifying_Convention I get your point about the extreme danger of a constitutional convention today. I agree that such a thing would be a disaster. However, I'm coming at this as a libertarian anarchist. There is no way to make govt work as advertised. Constitutionalism has failed everywhere it's been tried. Ours is not the only failed one. Even the worst communist dictatorships had constitutions guaranteeing all kinds of rights. Not once has a constitution contained a govt. Time to face reality & move on to something that works, a stateless society.
  4. This is the speech I gave at the 2nd Amendment Awareness Rally & Open Carry March! .223 2014! My message that the constitution has failed went over better than I thought it would. It says a lot about this crowd that we can have differences of opinion and still respect each other. http://theinternationallibertarian.blogspot.com/2014/02/the-broken-constitution-video.html

  6. Darren Wolfe gives a powerful speech about liberty at the Veterans March on Valley Forge National Park on Sunday, October 13, 2013 http://www.theinternationallibertarian.blogspot.com/2013/10/bringing-liberty-to-valley-forge-video.html
  7. The first indication that Philadelphia, the biggest city in Pennsylvania, was starting to understand that people can legally open carry their guns came on May 18, 2013 at the End the Fed rally. As previously reported here by The International Libertarian, Edd Skitz was stopped by a police officer and asked for his license to carry a firearm. On seeing this my first though was "oh no, here we go". I was pleasantly surprised when seconds later Edd was continuing his way, gun still on his hip. One week later came the Philadelphia Gun Rights Rally http://theinternationallibertarian.blogspot.com/2013/05/philadelphia-finally-gets-that-we-can.html
  8. After being arrested on Saturday May 18, 2013 liberty activists Adam Kokesh and NA Poe had their detention hearings the following Thursday. NA Poe was released while Adam Kokesh has chosen not to reveal his address to the government for fear of his residence being raided and his belongings taken. For this reason Adam remains in federal custody. He has another hearing scheduled for Tuesday May 28th. http://www.theinternationallibertarian.blogspot.com/2013/05/adam-kokesh-remains-behind-bars-na-poe.html
  9. At the End the Fed (Federal Reserve System) Rally of Saturday, May 18, 2013 Edd Skitz, a local liberty activist, open carried a handgun in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. http://theinternationallibertarian.blogspot.com/2013/05/open-carrying-gun-in-philadelphia.html
  10. The problem is the police themselves. If police forces didn't exist there wouldn't be enforcement of bad law.
  11. Interesting discussion. As you can tell from the video I was standing right by Adam. He wasn't smoking anything. The cops made a bee line right for him. It was plainly obvious they were out to get him, probably because of his 4th of july march on DC https://www.facebook.com/events/252728144871259/ If you want to help please join the call flood tomorrow: https://www.facebook.com/events/376600445792905/
  12. At Smokedown Prohibition V Adam Kokesh is targeted for arrest even though it is obvious he isn't smoking marijuana. This happened on May 18, 2013 at Independence Hall in Philadelphia, PA. http://www.theinternationallibertarian.blogspot.com/2013/05/smokedown-prohibition-v-adam-kokesh-and.html
  13. The weather was as changeable as the gun haters' rhetoric. It started cloudy, then the sun came out, then it rained. First, they said they want to ban so-called assault weapons, then they said they don't want to take our guns. Not once did they express a concern for liberty, the most precious value. So it went in Morrisville, PA on May 11, 2013 at the Pre-Mother’s Day March against Gun Violence. http://theinternationallibertarian.blogspot.com/2013/05/in-gun-grabbers-faces-counter.html
  14. Magazine limits can kill good guys MB Studio Productions High Capacity Magazine PSA The strong undercurrent of proposals to further limit your rights, in particular the constant hype over magazine capacity, constantly ignores the practicalities of potential dangers in defensive situations, in favor of the useless and dangerous assumption that limits make people safer. This dramatization is all too possible. http://jpfo.org/alerts2013/alert20130501.htm#magvid
