  6. I don't know what you're talking about. I got my NICS approved in like 5 minutes on Thursday evening.
  7. It's not a shotgun. So it can't be classified as an SBS unless you put a stock on it.
  8. Did you perhaps try looking for it? :P https://www.midwayusa.com/product/2120198419/storm-lake-barrel-glock-22-40-s-and-w-to-357-sig-conversion-1-in-16-twist-449-stainless-steel https://www.opticsplanet.com/stormlake-slk-glock-22-barrel-357-sig-4-49-inch-stainless-steel-34026s.html https://gun.deals/search/apachesolr_search/848589001557

  10. Did a wascaly wabbit stick his finger in the barrel?
  11. Binary triggers are illegal in NJ because of a wording difference from the ATF definition of a machine gun. NJ definition of machine gun: "Machine gun" means any firearm, mechanism or instrument not requiring that the trigger be pressed for each shot and having a reservoir, belt or other means of storing and carrying ammunition which can be loaded into the firearm, mechanism or instrument and fired therefrom. ATF definition: Any weapon which shoots, is designed to shoot, or can be readily restored to shoot, automatically more than one shot without manual reloading, by a single function of the trigger Trigger does not have to be pressed in order to fire a bullet with a binary trigger. Making it illegal in NJ.
  12. Why the focus on Hexmags? 15rd Glock 19 mags can be disassembled and a +2 floor plate and 17rd spring could be added. Same goes for any number of handgun magazines. The point is that they are built to accept X number of rounds. What you do with them afterwards is what would be breaking the law. There is nothing stopping you from taking a hacksaw to your shotgun. That doesn't make a shotgun inherently illegal.
  13. It was a very simple process when I did it. Show DL and FPID, fill out paperwork, leave with gun.
  14. FIrst thing I did was buy a 60RD PMAG drum. Not because I think it'll be useful, but just because I could. Bought a bunch of 30rd mag springs to convert my 15rd hexmags. I also bought a 10.5" AR pistol upper with plans on suppressing it.
  15. Maybe like in the word knife, the K is silent in BATFE. So silent it's become invisible.
  16. Is there a legal precedent where someone was charged for something for claiming that a knife they were carrying was for self defense?
  17. He was carrying a 4 inch blade. Nowhere does it say that 4 inches is the maximum length of a blade one can carry lawfully.
  18. e. Certain weapons. Any person who knowingly has in his possession any gravity knife, switchblade knife, dagger, dirk, stiletto, billy, blackjack, metal knuckle, sandclub, slingshot, cestus or similar leather band studded with metal filings or razor blades imbedded in wood, ballistic knife, without any explainable lawful purpose, is guilty of a crime of the fourth degree. https://knifeup.com/new-jersey-knife-laws/ These are the laws as written. The problem is that explainable lawful purpose is very subjective.
  19. Stolen from someone on FB... "They decided Peruta v County of San Diego on the same grounds. The right is to both keep and bear arms. Since California (thanks to the NRA and Ronnie Reagan) prohibits open carry, California must allow concealed carry for the "bearing" of arms. Peruta was then reversed en banc and cert denied by the Supremes."
  20. The zealots will just go on to blame Trump. Nottheirpresident so I guess nottheircourtdecisions.
