  1. I believe so, there were instructions on the application stating where to mail the check. I'm away for a few days but will look at my checkbook when I get home. I also remember calling them with a question about something as well.
  2. I applied back in 2021. DL wasn't required, and NJ PTC was only a dream at that time. I also see that they now accept electronic print submission receipt, I had to send inked prints then. Except for having to re-submit my first set of prints because they were illegible, it was easy.
  3. I went through the FL Dept. of Agriculture. Requested a few fingerprint cards and printed out the application. Had my fingerprints done at the Sheriff's Office here, no charge. Got photos done at AAA for$6. Mailed the application, fingerprint card, photos, copies of NRA cert. and DL, and check for $97. Almost as easy as getting a non-res PA carry permit.
  4. CMJeepster, thank you for starting this thread, and your diligence in keeping it updated. I have used it for reference.
  5. Thanks, just ordered the t-shirt. Got one for my son a while back for $25 + shipping.
  6. ^ this^ My permit shows what number it is, I presume for Mercer County. Any first year statistician could put those numbers together in a few days tops. They are so blatantly deceptive. In any event, hoping all who observe, have a blessed Easter.
  7. My condolences to you and your family. Lost my dad 2 years ago end of March.
  8. After waiting almost 6 months for my NJ permit, having 2 permits being screwed up, 1st permit had the wrong SBI #, and then the "corrected" permit stated that it was "only valid while on duty with Aaron Security" so that one had to go back to the court for correction also, it was so refreshing to deal with Delaware County. I applied online 2/24 and received an email 3/20 stating I was approved. Picked up my DL sized, laminated permit today in less than 10 minutes. The lady said I would have heard from them a lot sooner, but they have been flooded with NJ non-res permit applications. The woman I dealt with was very pleasant, unlike the gruff guy I saw at the Mercer Couny Court House.
  9. Thanks for the info, waited close to six months for NJ, figure I can wait a few weeks or so for PA.
  10. It took quite a while for my Shield 45 magazines, 6 or 7 rounders, to load. The 40 full size isn't too bad with the Uplula, but the 9c 10 rounders will only take 9 with the Uplula unless I put an incredible amount of pressure to it. Interesting solution Krdshrk.
  11. Hey maintainenceguy, Please let us know how you make out with Delco. I applied online on Friday.
  12. I'm not aware of any law that prevents them from shipping to NJ, I've ordered from various vendors that will ship. What I have noticed, is that more are asking for a FPID and DL to keep on file. I won't give my DL but some have taken my hunter's license instead. Cabela's stopped shipping to NJ when they were acquired by Bass Pro. Kinda sad how some of these places that say they're so pro 2A are afraid of shipping to NJ.
  13. Just thinking about having scrapple whenever in Lancaster is making my mouth water, but never will a drop of ketchup come near.
  14. Thanks for the info. Along with a bunch of others, I check the store in AC online regularly. Bass pro/Cabela's is selling it for $13 a box more, and I'm 1 1/2 hrs. away. Got free shipping as first time buyer from Clark, but even with their $17 shipping it's still cheaper, and it came in 2 days. Their other ammo wasn't competitive though. I do stop in at the AC store whenever I'm on the way to Cape May.
  15. Oops, double post
  16. Good evening, Now that I have my PTC I have been looking for some Critcal Defense/Duty at a decent price. Found Clark Armory out of Georgia had some 45 acp Defense for $22.99 and 40 sw Duty for $23.99. Not a screaming deal but decent when you give your email and get free shipping (otherwise a whopping $17). Ordered on Monday night, got it earlier tonight.
  17. Search Shoprites in Wayne. Wayne Hills Mall Shoprite shows it, may be others in your area. I don't know how good Parks beef scrapple is though.
  18. Good morning, Tried searching since I know I saw posts from people who have gotten PA carry permits once they have an NJ PTC, but can't find them. I would like to apply online to Delaware County but not sure about the no restrictions clause. On my permit, under restrictions, 'see below' and 'see court order' boxes are checked with the statement below saying 'valid only as stated on the court order for personal protection'. Has anyone applied, and received a PA PTC with similar restrictions noted? Thanks in advance for any info, Ben
  19. Sounds like your PD never sent it to the court and has been sitting on it all this time. As I understand it, if the court had your application prior to 12/22 they are responsible for it. I agree, this whole process has been very convoluting.
  20. Whenever I have a positive experience I like to spread the word, as noted by some of my previous posts. My son had been looking for a carry pistol and had several in mind. In checking around, I found out about Kulak Arms and stopped in a week before Christmas. Tom asked if he could help me with anything, I explained I was just looking for my son and told him what his short list was, especially looking for a Shield Plus. He showed me what they had in stock, very friendly and accommodating, no pressure or upselling. I never felt rushed or intimidated at all. Also spoke with Rich Kulak a bit on the way out, said he could order the Shield if that's what he wanted. Several days before Christmas my son met me there after work (bonus, they have evening hours). A little busier, but Rich asked if he could help. My son ended up ordering the Shield Plus for a price that was equal to the lowest price I had seen online (which would also have included shipping/transfer fees). I also noticed the Sig P365 variants they had were lower priced after all was said and done. Ordered 12/21, it arrived 12/30, miraculously cleared NICs 1/4. As far as I'm concerned, Kulak Arms offers great service, atmosphere, and prices, and only 15 minutes travel time for us to boot.
