  1. You mean those high capacity handguns that were so dangerous most Western towns banned them at city limits for safety? If it was unsafe in 1845 it's unsafe today. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  2. I don't doubt for a second that we'll see a full semi automatic ban attempted. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  3. I'll say it. Get ready for the five round law the day after they affirm 10 is not an infringement. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  4. They'll have the five round mag ban signed law before the ten round guess into full effect. This time next year the will ban all removable mags or just go for the gold and ban all semi automatic firearms. Their side owns the courts. It's a lost cause. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  5. Gun Sitters in Whiopany. Take all the guess work and fear out of it. It'll be wth the money in the long run. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  6. They will leave it in the law and challenge in court if necessary. Then they just amend the laws covering handguns to include stun guns. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  7. I fully expect them to go for the five as well as go with what MA is attempting, anything that operates like a "assault weapon" will be treated as such. They'll try for a full semi-auto (across the board, not just rifles) ban or at minimum float the idea.
  8. So where do I get the one and a half round magazine for my non-semiautomatic smart pistol that will cost $2,000? I need to know before the one gun per decade law is signed.
  9. DC is only shall issue because they haven't updated their laws yet to react to this. I fully expect them to come forward with additional training, licensing, insurance and restrictions on locations. Expect the 16 hours of training and 2 hours of live fire to be expanded to 40 hours at minimum with regular mandated refreshers. Also they'll say you cannot carry within x feet of any (insert facility type here) leaving one or two blocks where you can carry. That way they can go onto the next court challenge saying their compliant and do issue permits without having to meet a good reason. They will not roll over this easy.
  10. I'm sure there might be a few out there but I haven't met anyone who bought a Weber and then regretted it. Mine arrived with a dented door. UPS more than Weber's fault I'm sure. Called Weber and they not only shipped out a new door priority but sent me a free vegetable grill pan. 5 years later and not a single issue. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  11. This video came up on my YouTube feed, https://youtu.be/ANllOmgJH9Y. So the gun NJ wants to mandate every store sell, and eventually become the only pistol you can buy, can either be rendered useless by a 900 mhz transmitter (aren't those in cordles phones and garage door openers) or can be fired by anyone with $15 worth of magnets? Fantastic. How long till the criminals have these transmitters effectively giving them an invisible shield against these guns? Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  12. Eventually anything, from a parking ticket up, will be considered grounds for lifetime disqualification unless approved by a judge. That way the "right" people can keep their guns while the rest of us will be "safer" from gun violence. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  13. I just moved (within same town) and went online to update my DL. Apparently NJ MVC no longer sends the stickers to place on the back of your DL to show you updated their records. They sent me a PDF that I can print to show it was done. I know this ins't an issue if I get pulled over as they'll look on their car computer (or the dispatcher will) and see the updated address. I am going to apply for an updated FID to stay compliant with the law. My question is, if I go to make a purchase (after receiving my updated FID) and my DL and FID have to match on addresses, can I just show them the letter from MVC that I've changed my address or do I actually have to go to MVC and get a new DL which I am sure will then say duplicate or something on it?
  14. #2, just like the condition of this state. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  15. The other option is the legislature uses this decision to their perceived advantage. The pass a law both legalizing them and providing a tiered carry permit system. Anyone not connected gets the stun gun only carry permit, maybe at Christie's serious threat threshold. Now they can defend court challenges that they are issuing carry permits but with "reasonable" restrictions. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  16. Court Will order the legislature to lift the ban with minimum acknowledgment of the core second amendment points. Legislature will wait full 180 days and then pass a law that stun devices will be treated same as handguns. Christie will either veto or let die as he will be a lame duck as we will be close to the next governor, most likely anti gun democrat. If he ignores it's law. If not, the repass their legislation in January and it becomes law. Years of court challenges and if it doesn't make it to SCOTUS, 3rd district will let it stand. Stun guns well be legal but only at home out with an impossible to get carry permit. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  17. Let's say SCOTUS takes the case and strikes down "good cause". No problem in the eyes of our legislators. We have "justifiable need". We are like McDowell's to California's McDonalds in their minds. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  18. Just wait. Soon it will be an online registry so you can see which neighbors have purchased ammo. You know, for the children. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  19. Because they need the votes thus it's a right in their eyes. Anything gun related is a second class right, if they'll even give it that much credit, thus any hurdle is acceptable cause you know, if it saves just one life or cause the kids. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  20. I'm surprised he just didn't propose that the new fee would be equal to the budget deficit. That way there would either be no permits or only one and a balanced budget. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  21. I know you're already pretty deep financially with these kits but I'd recommend putting twenty bucks in there too. If they've run out of gas it might be because they didn't have money on them when the warning light came on for low fuel. Having that extra gas can is great if they've got the means to fill it. 22. Be quiet and respectful and keep ask your beverages out of sight or in plastic cups and the rangers will never bother you. Plenty of other idiots being loud and or running around with open labeled containers for them to focus on. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  23. The ban might get lifted but there'll be a quick "fix" to the firearms code to clarify that Stun guns are to be treated like pistols. Therefore they won't be banned but you'll need a carry permit so basically still banned. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  24. The first court challenged that this survives and she'll call for the surrender of all weapons that are now banned thus turning all owners into felons. Her graciousness of letting existing owners keep them will be short lived. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  25. This. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
