Hello everyone, I'm a new gun owner. Not in my possession yet because NICS is taking 10 days now, but I just picked up a Mossberg 500, H&K P30 9mm, and an Armalite M15A4 .223/.556. I was raised a boy scout and know the way of the gun, but I finally got around to getting licensed and making my first purchases. I'm from Southampton originally, now in Maple Shade, and about to move to Mount Laurel next month (all Burlington County). I found myself here because I googled 'NJ gun forums'. Go figure. I liked the idea of forums and being in touch with the community, but I know that we're practically on another planet from other owners because we're from NJ and the laws here are tight enough to cut off circulation to your brain. There's a lot I don't know about what I "can" and "can't" do when it comes to state limitations, so I figured I'd come to a place where we all are under the same law. Also, I need a home range (only ever been to Range 14 out by Dix with friends) and could use some feedback from others. I'll find my way around that in the proper forum. Looking forward to talking with you all.
