I actually by chance ran into this one at a big box store while my wife was shopping for shoes. Even trade off I must say! I just could not walk away from it.

I do in fact have ammo. CCI Mini mags and some Federal. im sure ill be down at RTSP Thursday evening for their late night.

Made my 10/22 purchase on Wednesday June 12th early in the afternoon. I stopped in today and asked the employee to check on my NICS and there are people that purchased after I did that got their's back. He told me that I could resubmit it today if i wanted but would have to redo everything and pay again..Should I just hang tight, or should i demand a resubmit? If anyone asks I literally JUST got my FID card I know there is no way anything would be denied ...My NICS just seems to be stuck.. Any ideas?

However, I notice that finding .22LR anywhere at this point seems like an impossible task ..I have a feeling ill be doing a lot of looking at the gun instead of firing it anytime soon.

I, on a complete impulse buy ended up making my very first firearm purchase today. http://www.ruger.com/products/1022Carbine/specSheets/11129.html . Out the door I paid 330 dollars.Cant wait to get the call that its ready to be picked up! I'd also like to note that the employee at the store said that on Monday the NICS wont be by fax anymore ..its going phone call from here on out.
