1. Application type (FID/permit w/ existing FID). 2 P2P 2. Police Department where you applied. Bordentown Township PD 3. Name of the person you dealt with at the PD. Detective in Firearms Unit 4. Time taken to issue FID and/or permit. 9 weeks + 1 day (64 calender days) 5. Documents required by the PD (aside from the standard application and the mental health release form). None 6. Notes - anything pertaining to the application process (unforeseen difficulties, chief of police calling your home, you hiring an attorney, etc.). Called after 9 weeks had passed to give a little nudge, next day they were ready -

waiting 9 weeks for two pistol permits which a year ago took 4. finally called today and was told "still waiting on background check from SP" which is funny because my brother applied in a neighboring town 5 weeks ago and already got his permits. how can the hold up be at the SP level. -
