Same here , was a Ghost Bullet slide release that was on the gun

No idea why it happens, but I've seen it when an aftermarket extended slide release is installed , switching back to an oem release cured the issue

There's one at Shore Shot , don't know how many mags, but it has night sights. Trigger on the PPQ feels slightly better
