The issue is that regardless of age or time frame they will always hold it against you. My buddy was 12 and his mom dropped him off at rwj saying he wanted to kill himself... his dad came and grabbed him 3 hours later... and now hes screwed.. his dept didnt care but under the mental health reform hes fucked.

Contact thr adjuster where you got treatment. My buddies happened when he was 12 and hes a leo and was still denied... so take that to thought also

Fyi if the county adjuster says yes you do have records then it will come up with a nics check. And even if you have that doctors note the chief can still deny for public safety. Thats per trooper Kelly at the NJSP firearms unit.

Now he is appealing the decision. A doctors note will get you your fid/pp but you cant buy from a dealer. Only private purchases. Call a lawyer and get a real answer... to many clueless people here. In order to answer no to the mental health questions... you need to get an expungment. Only way to find out if you have anything on file besides gettings a nics denial is to contact the county administrator in the county you were seen in and see if they have anything on you. Trust me my huddy is doing an expungment now

No I dont "need" it at all. Its more of a want. The issue is I leave for vacation monday and wont be home for 9 days. I would be fine if they would delay shipping but I cant even get through to do that. Just like PSA horrible customer service.

It was a great trigger... the 1.5lb trigger pull was awesome. But it wasnt as easy to bump fire as I wanted. The cmc 3.5lb set up I will try next.

Its a sweet trigger but not my style. I wasnt able to get mag dumps as advertised. I sold it on ebay for what I payed for it so its a wash. Maybe next ill try the CMC blade trigger

It ask at any hospital or mental health insitution right.... so if you see a dr at his office, and he diagnosises you with adhd and gives you ritalin you still can answer no. Now if you goto an out patient center like umdnj and they treat u, u need to say yes, if your commited you also need to say yes.

May I suggest a Saiga 20 guage. I am a lefty shooter and I have owned several saiga rifles and shotguns. The shells all eject at the 130-3 o'clock position. Only issue is the trigger pull. Which can be fixed with a little bit of polishing which you can do yourself. The magazine fed system is another great feature. As for chokes and such, they make choke adapters to use win chokes. Why not look into ak brakes then. When threading an ak you just take a dye to the outside of the barrel and call it a day. Spikes makes an AK dynacomp that maybe a solution to your issue.

You can look into bolt on compensators. I have seen a few online not exactly sure how they work. Other option is to send your upper to a smith have him pull your barrel thread it, pin and weld a compensator for you and ship it back.
