  7. I've heard good results from people using Wilson combat but have not used them personally. I use the Tripp research cobra mags and has met my expectations. Needs minor adjustments from time to time but over all performed very well. VZ grips is having a sale right now and makes huge difference on the grip incase you are interested.
  8. You got a good deal on that Trojan having them add tool less guide rod and fiber Dawson precision fiber optic sights. Dust cover is personal choice, I like the old look as well. Makes the front end heavy though with the bull barrel and full dust cover.
  9. Thanks. Phone pic turned out blurry though.

    FN SLP shotgun

All great advice guys, Thank you. I was leaning towards the FN because of the 6 capacity but the price seems not worth it compared to the M930SPX. I appreciate all the help guys.

    FN SLP shotgun

Hi guys, Looking to get a semi auto shotgun and leaning towards the FN SLP 12 gauge 18 inch barrel rifle stock. Wanted to know your thoughts on this if you have any experience (good or bad) with FN SLP. This shotgun will be mainly used as basic HD gun. heres a link to the item from Buds. Thanks. http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/17641
  13. Yes I have. I've been doing so twice a week in the past 5 weeks. I think CC knows what we feel about it by now. Being a first time voter, I will surely remember his decision when election time comes. Sorry, didn't mean to hijack the thread. Anyway, Back to the topic.
  14. Considering what you plan to do with it, I suggest 1911 9mm. Grip is very comfortable and will suit your hand size, trigger is butter smooth, easy maintenance, highly customizable and extremely low recoil. Downside is the mag capacity of 9 plus 1 but you can just buy more. The capacity issue might turn positive if CC does not veto A2006/S993. Just my .02 cents.

What model STI do you have? Is it completely loose? Have you tried removing the right side grip to check if you can pull it out?
