  1. I sold my home in NJ and bought a house in South Carolina. I'm going to give my experience getting my CCW in South Carolina.

You need to take a CCW course. I took it at a place called Ken-Tec in Mullins SC. The guy was great. the class was about 3 hours. Then you took a multiple choice/true false test. The instructor graded it after we took it. He had a range in his yard where you had to qualify at 7 yards with 25 rounds. When the course was done the instructor signed off on your application and qualification forms. I took the course on January 29th. I then had to make an appointment for fingerprints at IdentoGo. I had my fingerprints done on January 31st. IdentiGo did the fingerprints, scanned my application and qualification and my DL and Passport and submitted it all to South Carolina. I received my CCW permit in the mail today. Feb 25th.

If you can find a law enforcement office to do your ink fingerprints you can. I work for my town and have been unable to schedule an appointment to get them done and am told all the time "we really don't do these but since you work for the town we'll do it get back to me next week"

Just tired of the run around and want to cut out the middleman.

Did you try your county BCI unit? I live in Union County and they were able to do my finger prints the same week I called. They did charge me $10 and you have to give them a money order. They don't accept cash.

  4. I went to the one last month. The ammo prices were high and there were no reloading supplies. I bought a few mags for my Glock. I'm going tomorrow. My daughter is off for Presidents day so it a good day out. You could spend a few hours in the Auto Mall. There also was a huge line to get in last month but it went pretty quick.

So anyone have any more experience or input on the radical other?

Does it shoot well, not jam and overall operates as it should?

I have on order (very long back order for a DSI) but this radical is tempting. Especially when you add in the change over to our government that is most likely happening

I got my Radical other from JT and am very happy with it. No problems with the gun, it runs good.
