  1. Holy crap. I don't remember ever seeing so many commercials during any TWD episodes
  2. Thanks guys! I appreciate all the responses. Read up on ASHI and found a guy off that website who can do home, termite and radon all in the same inspection.
  3. From what I've been seeing price range is between $450 and $800. Been around construction most of my adult life so I understand what I'm getting into. Don't really need the peace of mind that the inspection brings, just looking for a decent report to have on hand for the bank and the seller. Buying in Wayne. Not paying cash but I'm responsible for my own inspection. bank is also asking for a separate Termite inspection. But thanks for the recommendations. Keep em coming if you know anyone else. Looks like I have to wait until Monday anyway to schedule it.
  4. Not selling lol. Sorry. It's brand new but it's light striking. Needs an adjustment.
  5. Question for the masses. Are all home inspectors equally as good? Im not using a real estate agent to buy my first home and my attorney doesn't have one he recommends. I was planning on doing a simple google search and picking the cheapest.
  6. Just signed up. See you there! Bob, can I bring my 686 for you to look at?
  7. Believe you guys are right. First day of school there were tons of children. By the time they called a half day there were barely any students. I thought they were trying to show us that as the virus got more wide spread, less and less students came to class. But the annoying girls boyfriend was only missing for a day. And I believe the druggie only spent the day in the hospital before he split.
  8. I was wondering the same thing. I think over the course of the 3 episodes only about a week has passed. Maybe less Realistically how long could a power plant stay operational with no one at the controls? I would think that most is automated now a days.
  9. From Big Thunder Firearms. "While I personally won't open carry, the new "Open Carry" Law goes into effect Jan 01, 2016. What this means is that anyone WITH a CHL will have the choice to conceal or carry openly. Anyone with a CHL will be "grandfathered in" and will not have to undergo additional training. A new CHL applicants will have to go through additional "handgun retention"training, probably another 30 minutes added to the class." Just an update for you guys thinking about getting your Texas CHL to carry in PA
  10. I bought a few guns from them. Pleasant guys always willing to talk shop. Stocked a bunch of ammo and had a decent selection also. I'm gonna miss them
  11. I don't get the motive though? Why fake something like this?
  12. Now he's Being treated at the hospital. Guess it wasn't a fatal shot The scumbag took a video of him shooting the 3 victims and put it on Twitter! This is just tragic.
  13. Season 5 Finale was 90 minutes long. This pilot/premier was 90 minutes and I believe they said on Talking Dead last night the season 6 premier is also going to be 90 minutes. I wonder if all the episodes are going to 90 minutes.... I wouldn't mind at all..
  14. I read somewhere that even though this is supposed to cover the period of time Rick was in his coma they aren't going to get into detail at all about where or how it started. The chubby kid dropped some hints about shit going down in other major cities and I doubt they're going to elaborate any further. On another note. After watching this episode it's almost unbelievable at this point that the main characters from TWD didn't know that everyone was infected sooner and if you die you turn. In this single episode of FearTWD we see 3 separate people die then come back to life without being bitten. And the second guy was even televised

    Colt Lower

Colt Competition Series has complete rifles. http://www.coltcompetitionrifle.com/ On the bottom of the website it reads "Colt's Competition Series are licensed products of New Colt Holding Corp., and are manufactured under License by BOLD IDEAS TEXAS." I had figured that statement was regarding the complete rifles. That was what my comment above was referring to...

    Colt Lower

Yea I saw that on the colt competition series website also. My interpretation was "parts by Colt, assembly by Bold Ideas Texas" Good to know tho. So it's pretty much like every other forged Mil-Spec lower. but with Colt rollmarks....

    Colt Lower

Been keeping my eye out for a Colt marked lower for my first build. What are your guys thoughts on this one from primary arms? Price doesn't seem too bad https://www.primaryarms.com/Colt_Competition_Stripped_AR_15_Lower_Receiver_p/am-ar-ccr-lwr.htm?utm_source=bronto&utm_medium=email&utm_content=SLOT_2&utm_campaign=15-00-Ad0_Sale_Name&_bta_tid=3.cFU.CEh-HQ.EiCl.ArW03Q..A3eaJg.b..l.BStr.a.VczRmg.VczeLA.7XIrOw
  19. Cool. So it shouldn't be a big deal to reload in the garage. The house I may be buying doesn't have a basement. Just a big garage. It's attached to the house but it's not conditioned. I'm going to add a heater for the winter and maybe an exhaust fan for the summer but can't do anything about humidity...
  20. Nice! I noticed mostly everyone is reloading in the basement. Is there an underlying reason for it? Conditioned space equally less temperature swings or something?
  21. Dicks in Wayne had plenty of CCI Blazer left 115grain. Dicks Paramus I believe only had the Winchester 124grain NATO left
  22. CCI blazer and Winchester is $7.97 per box. Plenty in stock I got 7 boxes of Winchester 124 Grain 9mm NATO rounds. Used the coupon to get $10 off. 350 rounds of 9mm for $49.07... Not bad.. $7.01 per box after tax FYI: If you're gonna use the coupon multiple times, only use your scorecard rewards number once. It blocked me from using the coupon a second time so I had the cashier cancel the transaction and ring it back up.
