From what I've been seeing price range is between $450 and $800. Been around construction most of my adult life so I understand what I'm getting into. Don't really need the peace of mind that the inspection brings, just looking for a decent report to have on hand for the bank and the seller. Buying in Wayne. Not paying cash but I'm responsible for my own inspection. bank is also asking for a separate Termite inspection. But thanks for the recommendations. Keep em coming if you know anyone else. Believe you guys are right. First day of school there were tons of children. By the time they called a half day there were barely any students. I read somewhere that even though this is supposed to cover the period of time Rick was in his coma they aren't going to get into detail at all about where or how it started. Yea I saw that on the colt competition series website also. My interpretation was "parts by Colt, assembly by Bold Ideas Texas" Good to know tho. So it's pretty much like every other forged Mil-Spec lower. but with Colt rollmarks....

Cool. So it shouldn't be a big deal to reload in the garage. The house I may be buying doesn't have a basement. Just a big garage. It's attached to the house but it's not conditioned. I'm going to add a heater for the winter and maybe an exhaust fan for the summer but can't do anything about humidity...

Nice! I noticed mostly everyone is reloading in the basement. Is there an underlying reason for it? Conditioned space equally less temperature swings or something?
