Take the government control out of marriage and you wouldn't need laws governing it. -
My Rant of the day on mag limits bill A2006/S993

It's not about "teaching the rep party a lesson", it's about stopping the perpetual cycle of both parties being pimped out by wall street like whores and then steam rolling the American public. -

Choosing the lesser of two evils is still choosing evil. Voting for one of the main parties just continues to exacerbate the issue of a bought government. Your thinking is exactly how the government got the way it is. -
LOL NJ Gun Buybacks!

I don't think there is any LEGAL reason why you cant, except maybe "loitering". But the police would likely kick you out as soon as the got wind of what you were doing. Then they arrest you for for all kinds of stupid "crimes" that have no basis for arrest. -
Exactly this.

That was one of the worst officiated games I've ever watched. Botched calls against both teams. 15-1 won't be a bad record though.

Regardless of Foles being a QB, all blindside blocks where the blocker is going towards his own endzone, it's illegal. So even if that was a lineman, it's a 15 years penalty.

Clearly not square in the chest. Right in the side. http://bloggingthebeast.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/Foles-0.gif

*Which And I'd much rather have Cousins than RG-No legs. And Sheli Manning. And most of the other starting QBs in the league. I'm pretty sure the reputation for dirtiest team in the league belongs to the 49ers now.

Baker is gonna be in trouble. But at the end of the day, the better team won. And didn't have to act like 3 year olds to do it.

That was because the nfl released a statement saying state police had jurisdiction over the casinos. -
Help with a law.

A bb gun is treated the same as a rifle in NJ so the laws that apply for rifles apply for bb guns. -
Did my PD screw up my permit extension?

"N.J.A.C. 13:54-1.7 Validity of firearms identification card and permit to purchase a handgun (a) A firearms purchaser identification card shall be valid until such time as the holder becomes subject to any of the disabilities set forth by law and this subchapter pertaining to an applicant's eligibility. Upon becoming subject to any of the disabilities set forth in this subchapter, the card shall be void and shall be returned to the Superintendent within five days. (b) A permit to purchase a handgun shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issuance and may be renewed by the issuing authority for good cause for an additional 90 days. In no event shall a permit to purchase a handgun be valid for more than 180 days from the date the permit was originally issued." Granted the "expiration date" for these statutes as written was in 2012. Downloaded the pdf from the state website. -
Did my PD screw up my permit extension?
ManWithBeard replied to anactivegrenade's topic in General Discussion
I was told by my PD I could renew expired permits. But instead of another 90 days, it would be however long is left minus the time since expiration. So if I renewed at day 100 since they were issued, I'd have 80 days until I had to get new ones. -
Should I call my PD about my FID?
ManWithBeard replied to D. Stallone's topic in New Firearms Owners Corner
Just to add to this for people that come across it later, I filed the paperwork for my FPID and some P2Ps in December and was fired a couple weeks after, been out of work since. Got a call in late May from the detective handling the paperwork saying he couldn't confirm my employment. Told him what happened. No issues. -
NJ FID/PP Compliancy Project
ManWithBeard replied to Maksim's topic in Current New Jersey Gun Laws Discussion
Dropped my prints off at the Gloucester Township police station in early January. Got a call in late May asking about my employer, didn't have one since I got fired about 2 weeks after I put in the original paper work. Officer said it would go to the Chiefs desk for signature. Went to the station last Thursday (7/24), was told everything would be ready Monday(7/28). Picked up the FPID and three P2P Monday afternoon. -
