GOV. MURPHY ANTI-GUN "ROUNDTABLE" REVEALS MORE OF LEGISLATIVE AGENDA February 26, 2019. Today, Governor Murphy held his second anti-gun "roundtable" in the State House, revealing more of Trenton's upcoming agenda on guns. "How can they call it a 'roundtable" when there was no one there to speak for NJ's one million law-abiding gun owners," asked ANJRPC Executive Director Scott Bach. Per the NJ Courts: CONSTRUCTIVE POSSESSION The law recognizes that possession may be constructive instead of actual. A person who, with knowledge of its character, knowingly has direct physical control over a thing, at a given time, is in actual possession of it. Constructive possession means possession in which the possessor does not physically have the item on his or her person but is aware that the item is present and is able to and has the intention to exercise control over it. So, someone who has knowledge of the character of an item and knowingly has both the power and the intention at a given time to exercise control over it, either directly or through another person or persons, is then in constructive possession of that item.

Often used in criminal law prosecutions for possession crimes, such as possession of illegal drugs. If you're going to answer "yes" to question 26, which you should do if it's true, you should also concurrently submit a letter from the doctor who treated you saying that you're fine now. If not available, see another one in the same profession who can review the file and do this.
