Yeah, looking for some decent target rounds to shoot and some better ones for HD. Trying to find some good deals currently out there. Any suggestions on brand(s) and current prices I should be paying? Possibly going to order from Tanners or try my luck with Gander Mountain since they offer free shipping.

Supra, I share that same sentiment. That's exactly what I did when researching for my first rifle. It appears to be a good piece of machinery considering I've only finger banged it since I picked it up. Maybe as I learn more about the platform a build is next.

You got a 6920 SOCOM for $1075 off of GB?

Those setups look great. Yeah, I initially was going to just go with the 6920 but after seeing the SOCOM, it was a no-brainer. Now come the accessories!

I've been a lurker to the site since a co-worker mentioned it to me since I he knew I was in the market for an AR. After browsing the different dealers on the site based upon reputation and distance from my home, I settled on Monmouth Arms. In 17 years of having a FPID and NEVER purchasing a long gun, I figured why not now? I contacted Steve in regards to a Remington 870 Express Tactical (which he had in stock) and wanted to also discuss AR options since I was interested in one and new to that platform as well. Not only did he beat the prices from my local dealer, but I thoroughly enjoyed the visit and the patience, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm exhibited. Others present making purchases as well were not rushed and care was taken to everyone picking up their new toys. As to why the +2, I thought I would only picking up one purchase, but while there, my first AR is on order!! I have the feeling we will be doing more business in the future along with other co-workers following as well. Steve, thanks a bunch! Looking forward to forming a great relationship!!
