  1. Do yourself a favor - Don't even think about bringing guns into NJ. It's pretty damn easy to avoid trouble, I suggest that as the course of action to take.
  2. I wish I shared your blissfully hopeful and "innocent" view. I guess we will see what happens in a few days. Lets say the bill does lapse into law, what will your stance be then? Oh well, the governor was really busy and must have forgotten?
  3. No, they are not two separate issues. When political deal making is taken into consideration anything is part of the process. You really think it's out of bounds for Chrsitie to ask for Shrek's help on something and in exchange let Sweeney's baby bill lapse into law? If so you are woefully out of touch. Just look at how Christie completely caved on the Supreme court nominee's - He put liberals right back in, he gave up on reforming the SC, ever wonder why?
  4. I have a feeling Christie is going to let this lapse into law as part of a deal with that huge block head "Shrek" Sweeney. Christie is in very bad shape right now, he's screwed the budget up horribly and will need Sweeney's help to bail himself out.
  5. Seeing as how Norcross is a democratic power broker, how is Christie who is a republican, Norcoss's bitch? Never heard that rant before. I take it Christie didnt adress the capacity bill tonight? I wasnt able to listen.
  6. The mess he has himself in now with the budgets and all his blown budget projections, he will need help with. You are thinking in too broad a time frame. Christie still has to run the state, which he hasn't done very well financially. His mouth and ego also painted himself into a corner with the pension payments he swore up and down he would make, even passing a law himself that "guaranteed" these payments no matter what. He wont admit it publically, but he NEEDS Sweeney.

  8. Right now this is the only political currency he has. Im afraid Sweeney is forcing him to sit on it and let it pass for some other consideration.
  9. Historically the NRA has done little when it comes to NJ.
  10. None of this has anything to do with the US, and less to do with gold or solver having value in a true SHTF situation. Gold and silver are a hedge against inflation in an intact economy. When the economy is no longer intact, gold and silver are laregely of no value either. People will be willing to trade a pound of gold for some food if they are hungry.
  11. Just did this. Please fill out the form. NJ 101.5 is having an ask the governor session tonight. Let's see if he will answer what he plans on doing with the bill to reduce max capacity of magaines and firearms to 10 from 15. http://nj1015.com/you-can-ask-the-governor-monday-night/
  12. Mark my words, he is such dire political straights that he is going to let this pass due to his inaction, as a favor to Shrek Sweeney. He needs Sweeney on his team.
  13. I steadfastly believe that a sure fire way to tell which candidate will screw the citizens over is to look at who the public union are backing. Those are the people you DONT vote for.
  14. Wow, people really want to make a federal case out of everything. If you see a slingshot for sale and you want one, buy it. If you don't...... don't. Let the state do the policing.
  15. I'm calling Shenanigans on the guy who claims to have inside info.
  16. Ummmm, what? We have? Please, enlighten us.
  17. You would be surprised at what "they" know. Also - "They" dont have to find them, they just truck you off to jail.
  18. Non members, web spiders, and search indexers cant access it.
  19. Yes they do. They also make you show your card to buy ANY ammo, not just handgun.
  20. I sure hope you are right. Not sure what Obama or Whitman has to do with it now, I actually voted for Christy, twice. His Ego and big mouth painted himself into a corner. He passed a law that made it mandatory to have to make the payments as part of his 2011 pension reforms he was so proud of. He simply cant not make the payments now, he said so himself. He blew all his budget projections and now looks like a fool.
