So I'm looking to move into a new home soon and trying to figure out the proper way of moving certain items one may own as a member of this forum from the current house to the new house if I was to close on both the sale of my current home and the purchase of my new home on the same day. Dose closing count as a reasonable devation? (I acknowledge any and all response are not legal advice) Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Signed it and put the word out to some groups/pages I belong to in social media to help spread the word. I reached out to Adam Kraut (The Gun Collective, This week in guns and running for NRA Board) about this a while back, he said in reality it will be up to the court if they hear the case. I personally believe it will take a lot of noise to maybe get the courts attention and help sway them to hear it if they are on the fence. Maybe if the NRA did back it and start a campaign to support it, it could help. Keep spreading the word and banging that drum! Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Nglitz hit it right on the head. Fixed the original post. I AM NOT a member of that organization and I would never emphasize belonging to any organization that supports ppl like him. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

From Firearms Radio Network I still listen to The AR-15 podcast and This week in guns (TWIG). They have a good collection of 2A shows (all shows are very close to G-rated, if not you are pre warned) Triangle Tactical Podcast - good for those who want to get into the shooting sports from a guy who is down to earth and we'll aware he is not a grand master (all shows are very close to G-rated, if not you are pre warned) WMMR Preston and Steve Podcast (broadcast morning show, I'd call it PG-13 with Rob rated enuendos, but it Flys with the FCC) The Drinkin Bros podcast (R-rated, huge online community on Facebook, etc. They are the guys behind Range 15 (the movie), Article 15 clothing, Black Rifle Coffee Company, and other veteran owned companies) There are plenty other I have ditched over the years due to only so many hours on a week for podcasts but would recommend including: The Nerdist Podcast (Chris Hardwick, entertainment mostly interviews promoting music, movies and TV shows), The Tony Bruno Show (Sports - Philly centric but not all philly), Gun Guy Radio, The Art of Manliness, The 3 gun shown Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

What do you guys do with your "Cable Gun Locks"

Well I know that, but does a jury of 12 of my "peers" know that? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk -

So I'm the only one that is overly conservative and uses them whenever I transport, just to be safe along with them in a locked case (for my handguns) and locked up ammo ammo cans? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk -
I agree, just trying to brain storm some ideas that don't require me to actually put myself or my family in danger, just so I can excerise my right to keep and bear arms outside of my home. I know this is just piling on, but even update, NJs Justifiable Need requirements are still the same as saying we don't need a standing military until another country threatens to attack the US. So what if we, NJGF as a group, do our part to excerise our 1st amendment rights in the face of some of these Mom Demand types. One of them threaten us as a group and we all would be CCW eligible. They would be so mad, they would keep coming at us with empty threats, we would be able to renew our CCW forever! Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

So it was dismissed becasue the original complaint was to long, with to much info/references, used hypothetical examples to demonstrate why the laws are broken vs. actually getting arreated and last, certainly not least, was too complicated for teams of lawyers and a judge & his staff to follow, which supports that our laws are all sorts of messed up, in my opinion Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

I would question/validate the NJ complaince with a "Flash hider" as the muzzle device. Yhis state seems to ban anything that might reduce muzzle flash. As for the cost, The cost is high for entry in to AR Market, but if I add in the cost of my FF handguard and trigger I put in my Armalite "post-ban" M15, I have spent more. I will be building my next one, but I understand where you are coming from want to buy not build. Of course you're a head of the game. I knew nothing about AR'S when I got mine, other than what made a NJ compliant one Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

I'm thinking something along the lines of increase in random terror attacks on US Soil, ISIS and having access to a high value target for work that makes me/my family a high Value target, etc. Also there has been an increase in break in my town, people have walked in on the perpetrator(s) a few time (ya Casino shut downs) Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

VA GOP May Strip McAuliffe Of His Bodyguards Over Concealed Carry
owadj01 replied to owadj01's topic in General Discussion
But what if it does. I mean, let's think about this for a minute. This is what we all say, the Sheeple don't seem to recognize or care that regardless of the "common sense gun control" that is passed, there are two types of people who these laws don't apply: Politicians and Criminals who ignore them. And we all know that a number of us think the politicians and criminals tend to be one in the same, and in turn these laws only protect them, not us. If the politicians life is important enough to be protected by armed guards, no reason why everyone else life isn't worthy of the same protection Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk -
Ugh! I ordered the 3 packs of the EMP....they are the +2 for the Magpul for Gen M2....WOMP WOMP. So just instead just shot pistol and put some new bits in the AR (trigger, BAD lever, Enhanced Trigger guard). Let's see how good Strike Industries customer service is! To be continued.... http://bearingarms.com/va-gop-may-strip-mcauliffe-protective-detail-concealed-carry/?utm_source=bafbp&utm_medium=fbpage&utm_campaign=baupdate This made me laugh really hard this morning. "Carrico said he’ll address the issue come January. “A lot of the governor’s power is deferred to the General Assembly at that point and I’ll be getting with my collegues to circumvent everything this governor has done on this point,” he said. “I have a budget amendment that I’m looking at to take away his executive protection unit. If he’s so afraid of guns, then I’m not going to surround him with armed state policemen.” " Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
