  1. I ended up getting one, its amazing. I suggest popping out the roll pin, and firing 20 rounds each at various distances with the different backstrap sizes until you find the combination you shoot best with. My experience has been, what feels best just holding it, doesn't necessarily translate into what you shoot best with. At 45 feet it can make all the holes touch. Simply an awesome gun. 1600 rounds so far and not a single FTF or FTE.
  2. This one is great: https://shootingtargets7.com/store/target-stand.html?acc=c0c7c76d30bd3dcaefc96f40275bdc0a Its portable, light weight, sets up in 3 minutes, and you can hang paper or steel from it. If you want to hang steel, I suggest the mounting kit they have. I've got about 3000 rounds fired at this. Even had someone shoot the leg by accident with a .40 cal. and it didn't go all the way through. During checkout, if you "like" on Facebook you get another 5% off.
  3. Has anyone used these targets?? I ask because I'm used to seeing steel targets at $150 to $300 PLUS shipping, and these are crazy cheap, like $16.
  4. Tom is one of the Smiths, and he is outstanding. And a really nice guy.
  5. Thanks for all the welcomes! I've a few shotguns, a 22 rifle I bought the day I turned 18, 2 380s, and several 9mms. Looking to pick up a few more 9mms this year, and considering trying IPDA for fun.
  6. I'm assuming this is one of the two-gun combination offered by Sig in a 'promo' package. They didn't sell well so Sig is allowing dealers to split up the guns. The only difference with the promo package is you get a cardboard box instead of a Sig case.
  7. I'm leaning towards a VPN LE myself. Waiting to try out a PPQ before I make the final decision. The regular VPN I shot fit my hand well and was extremely accurate for me.
  8. Looking to get another striker fired, rented the VP9 at RTSP. I was more accurate with it than my G17. I like that you can have 27 different grip insert/backstrap combinations. Definitely on my short list.
  9. Hi everyone, new member here. I'm a member of RTSP as well as Scottsdale Gun Club (Arizona CCW holder). Great forum so far! Best regards, Ed
