  2. Gold (and silver) is subject to sales tax in NJ but not in PA. Buy from reputable sources and only buy gold affixed to assay cards.
  3. Gold is always a good bet, but I'm hesitant on gold IRA's because you don't physically control your gold.
  4. I hear ya, but I also don't acknowledge the federals "authority" over cannabis as it is not an enumerated power in the constitution.
  5. Why? If it's legal, then you should be a lawful user, and it's not addictive. Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?
  6. I bet this turn into another example where the government takes something away, and then sells it back to us under a "licensing" scheme.
  7. "I do not add a penny to the national debt" -Clinton Let's be sure to quote her on that after she closes the internet loop hole.
  8. Great, another expansion in the size and scope of government. Of course, we'll all need to be taxed more to pay for this.
  9. Anyone have a lead in SW22 magazines? I'd like to get 2-4 more, depending on the cost.
  10. Is the business an exempted location to transport a firearm to?
  11. One man's racism is another's freedom of association.
  12. Ruger handgun locks are pretty nice. I use one to lock my bikes to the hitch with 1/4" steel cable.
  13. It's always "us against them". That's what it comes down to. Government vs The People. Liberty vs Tyranny.
  14. It's the all the spending here that's driving me away. And the impending pension crisis. When the government finally decrees that NJ must fund (and back-fund) our broken pension system. I fear for the amount of taxes are going to have to be raised to meet this. Like others before have said, adjusting to PA from NJ is should be pretty easy
  15. I remember this well. Later that year, my neighbor told me their house was broken into and they lost tens of thousands in personal property. The break-in occurred during the day, while they were working. I work from home and realized if that had been my house, I could have been screwed.
  16. Of course it is. People love to use the threat of government sanctions to force other people to live/act/do like they want them to. Just look at all of the victimless crimes we already have.
  17. I have been planning the move to PA for two years. I figure it will take me about another two years to finally feel ready with both work and family. That being said, if NJ is intent on turning me into a criminal via legislation, why then yes, I'd move out as quickly as possible. Imagine if NJ made a law that said any car over 200 bhp is illegal, and you if you keep a car over 200bph, then you are a criminal. Same thing to me.
