  1. I have been voting absentee for the last 2 years. I am assuming this also applies for the Presidential elections.
  2. Does anyone know when are we supposed to be receiving our Absentee ballots for the Presidential elections?. I hear all these news about ballots getting found dumped in ditches in PA and getting a little worried. If we don't recieve them can we vote in person?

  5. If you started in March then keep it. This is the best time to start the metering. Read FAQ at https://www.njrcleanenergyventures.com/residential-solar/customer-faqs.aspx As far as the anniversary month it can only be changed one time only.
  6. 2.92 with PSEG for the meter? That is almost 1/2 for the same fee for me. Usually the best thing you can do is to reset your anniversary month to March. This is something you can only do 1 time. March is the first months that production starts to go up. That way you have more KW banked before Winter.
  7. My wife overhead some other moms while waiting to pick up our kid from school complaining about the electricity prices skyrocketing in NJ due to covid usage since everybody works from home. We have solar panels with Net mettering and we don't see any off grid usuage intil Nov-Dec time when solar production decreases. We usually pay about 5$ per month for the meter. We also might pay about 50$ total in the winter due to lower solar production. Did the prices really change that much? Any thoughts?
  8. It more has to do an issue I had with NJ DoL. They wanted me to pay some money back. I went thru a Review board tribunual. I won the tribunual and the decision was that I owe nothing howerver NJ DoL are STILL sending me bills to repay the money. I am just trying to tell them that no money is owned. With all the Sh!t going on with the Unemployment in the state they could be swamped but it bothers me I cannot even talk to a person. There are 20-30k new NJ unemployed every week.
  9. Has anyone noticed any degradation in state services over the last few months? I had contacted various state divisions for various matters. First they were not picking up the phones, then a "clueless" person would pick up the phone and give the excuse that everybody was remote. Now they don't even pick up the phone and goes to voicemail. Of course nobody even calls you back. I have emailed, cold called state employees, sent certified letters and....nothing. I even filed a request to the governor's office and no response. The school system and DMV are broken. It seems only the police and fire department do their jobs.
  10. The state has paid more that 7 Billion in UI since mid March. 390Mill is peanuts. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nj.com/coronavirus/2020/09/high-unemployment-could-force-big-tax-increase-for-nj-businesses.html%3foutputType=amp
  11. The millionaires will just leave the state and get a house 4x as big and cheaper somewhere else. The middle class in NJ will hold the bag at the end. Its not like the commute every day to work
  12. Weren't they supposed to decrease the state tax to balance this somehow? Now they blame the Coronavirus. https://patch.com/new-jersey/pointpleasant/nj-gas-tax-increase-due-coronavirus-crisis-officials So I am assuming it is permanent like the 9/11 hidden tax for airlines after 2001.
  13. Are all most states forcing to collection tax for metals just like online goods?
