How long is a NH non-resident permit valid for?

That is my reading Johnny. The and just means you need something valid with your photo that matches up with the carry permit.

So then its it agreed the Utah non resident permit is the one to get as opposed to say NH or FL, etc?

So is the consensus to get a NH first as it is the simplest for us in NJ? And if I read this correctly PA will honor a NH permit even if it is issued to a non NH resident, right?

What does everyone stock up on for 223/556? Plinking I've been using some wolf gold 55 grain. Looking to stock up a bit on ammo, So was wondering what folks are buying. Typical defense, shtf scenarios.

Another question. Can I buy mags from anywhere and have them shipped to me as long as they are 15 rnd or less?

I've been looking to buy a pistol, it is available in 10-round and 16-round varieties from the manuf The Gun Dealer/FFL recommended to me has indicated that he will order the 16-round variety and modify the mags so they can only accept 15 rounds. He indicates this will by NJ legal and all be done before I take possession of the firearm. Is this legit?
