The writer mixed up the Senate version with the House​ version. Hudson's bill as written will help us if you possess an out of state non resident CC permit. The Senate's version clearly states that you need a RESIDENT carry permit. This coupled with Hudson himself saying the Senate will be a tough push might be a problem for NJ residents.
