  1. Now can I follow this even if I got a drop in trigger group ? (CMC Trigger) how would I adjust?
  2. Anyone know where I can find the Lower Reciever paper parts guide that is in the videos. AR15.com's links don't work for those...
  3. Do you guys know any Gun shops in NJ (Central or south NJ) or any where in NJ that has the Kel Tec Sub 2000 in stock? And anyone with experience with them let me know how they are.
  4. My opinion is this. You already know what you have on your current job. Pension and lots of overtime is great. Hostile insubordinant coworkers you will find everywhere you go. Retirement is very important now of days. You might compromise your future for a couple more bucks an hour and a truck.
  5. 1. Application type (FID/permit w/ existing FID). -Initial FID + 2 Handgun Permits 2. Police Department where you applied. -Trenton PD 3. Name of the person you dealt with at the PD. -Det. Starkey 4. Time taken to issue FID and/or permit. -4 1/2 months 5. Documents required by the PD (aside from the standard application and the mental health release form). -None 6. Notes - anything pertaining to the application process (unforeseen difficulties, chief of police calling your home, you hiring an attorney, etc.). -The detective that I dealt with was very helpful. I had a old warrant I didn't even know I had from a very old traffic ticket. This warrant didn't even come up during my application process to join the Fire Department. He caught it and let me know about it, told me how to take care of it and and took care of me. Something other departments or officers won't ever do. That warrant could of been the reason it took that long Also did not pay for anything(except finger printing). Maybe courtesy for being in the FD but I don't know. UPDATE: 3 P2P- 2 1/2 months from but where given to me almost a month after they where printed or issued. Excuse was the Capt. hadn't sign them.
  6. Yes this went from a guy asking a legitimate question to I don't know what lol
  7. My daughter had problems with ear infections when a toddler. She had to get the tubes in there to solve the problem. I was scared too but the surgery went good and her problem was gone in a couple weeks. They gal out on their own also
  8. Jajajaja lol no it's not even like that. Smitty I'm not bragging....it must of been put wrong because I actually felt it every time. I wish I could brag but I really can't lmao
  9. Hey guys just wondering what is everyone's occupation here. What do you do for a living, for your mula?! I'm a Career Firefighter. Fun and Dangerous job at the same time with lots of off time to do other things...like go shooting the toys !
  10. My wife had an IUD. It was uncomfortable for her and made her gain weight. She had it taken off eventually because it was too uncomfortable and I could actually feel it when having intercourse.
  11. Yes I'm looking to get me a nice scope or red dot sight and a foregrip and maybe upgrade to a metal charging handle and I think that's it. Not much out there anyways to upgrade this already upgraded gun. Like you guys said imma have to save for the big and more expensive toys !
  12. Thank you all for your input. I really wanted that P99 9mm. Did consider getting it in .40 but I went to one of my local Gun Shops and checked out the Glock 35, the P99 .40, and since you guys suggested it, the PPQ but in 9mm. After handling all of them I ended up going with the PPQ 9mm with the 5 inch barrel even though it was a bit more expensive than the others. Love the way it felt in my hand better than the Glock or the other Walther. Of course I can't pick it up yet since I gotta wait 12 more days to officially purchase it(30 day Handgun restriction) but soon I'll be having some fun with it. Again thanks for all the input and opinions !
  13. The guns I have already I have tried before in the range. Both these guns are not available at the ranges around my way. That why I'm trying to get input from other that may have experience. I don't want to buy the P99 in the 9mm but if I could get my hands on one I might change my mind. Everywhere I have gone to asking about the 9mm they tell me is not available and Walthers haven't manufactured a batch ina while.
  14. I don't want to buy the P99 on 9mm so I wanna go with the .40 which I have readily available at one of the local Gun Shop. Plus I wanna try or buy at least all kind of calibers to see what's right for me.
  15. I'm looking to buy my second handgun in a couple of weeks. I own a Springfield XD9 MOD 2.0 right now. My first choice of pistol was gonna be the Walther P99 9mm. I wasn't able to find one when I was buying so I went with the XD9. Now since I got a 9mm, the next pistol I want it in the .40s&w caliber. I do know a place that has the P99 in .40 but I also been looking into the Glock 35 and would like people who own either gun, or both, to let me know which one is a better shooting gun and why. I'm just a recreational shooter no competition anything just love to go out to the range and shoot. Kind of new to shooting too.
  16. Just bought a nice Performance Center M&P 15-22. Got this .22lr rifle so it can be a fun learning tool for when I go for a regular AR 15 Rifle. Now I know this model had some upgrades from the regular M&P 15-22 but what are some simple upgrades I can give this rifle to make it more fun.(it's already super fun ) Recommendations on scopes/sights and other accessories are appreciated as well as other components like triggers and other mechanisms. I am a newbie with firearms and shooting so take that to consideration. Also prices. I'm willing to pay the big bucks for stuff that is worth it ! Thanks in advanced !
