It's been reported now that there were two harbor pilots on board and 21 crewmen. The article mentions that there were no cars on the bridge when it collapsed. Actually, divers found two people trapped in their car. They were recovered Tuesday afternoon.

When I was in high school, we learned that illegal aliens that were caught here have no rights and were shipped back to their country of origin. This information was valid as of the mid 1970's () so either case law argued since then or new legislation signed since then has changed this whole legal look at what "rights" illegal aliens have.

I just finished applying. I can only hope that in two years I'm can afford to renew, especially if the permit fees (taxes) increase.

I find it interesting that the state is reporting approximately 33,400 permit-to carry applications since Bruen and Anthony, on his GFH show two weeks ago, stated that he has qualified just over 30,000 applicants on his range. I think the state is under-reporting....again. Especially when youj consider all of the other ranges that were doing qualifications. "Transparency" is a foreign concept to Murphy and crew.

Dr. Mark Felton (YouTube) did a great video of "antique" weapons being used in the Ukraine today. In addition to the Maxim, he found Ukrainian Border Guards using Mosin Nagant rifles from the First War, the German STG 44, and the Soviet PPsh-41 and SKS. I'm betting there are many others.

ANJRPC is usually pretty good about letting us know what is going on in Trenton. I get a same day e-mails about some bad legislation or what is going on behind the scenes to make the bad legislation "less tolerable", for example, the negotiating that took place with respect to the revised qualification course. "Less tolerable" is in quotes because, imo, it isn't necessary to have a qualification standard. You have a duty to train and practice............on your own.

I'ts the worst "Constitutional Carry" bill I've ever read. The list of "prohibited places" reads like the New York state list. The most bizarre piece of the bill is if you are "Constitutional Carrying" and you are convicted of a crime, you will have additional prison time added to whatever the original conviction was for. However, if you have a concealed carry permit instead, you are exempt from that extra prison time. Mr. Kirk talks about that toward the end of the video.

Therein lies the problem. When Anthony opens his radio show, he mentions there are "......over 1 million gun owners" in NJ. Until people open their eyes and look at the big picture (the 2nd Amendment) and vote accordingly, we will continue to get the same results we have now. With those numbers, NJ should be at least a purple state instead of deep blue.

Nah, then Murphy will claim that any new "gun violence" is being created by "illegal" guns which are not subject to any taxes or fees.

Sobering video. I was going to suggest that, if you have not gotten a PTC yet, you might want to take care of that now. But Sheriff Jones believes that these unvetted illegals will attack our infrastructure and institutions via network hacking, not using arms.

Moorestown Mall, Burlington County. There is a small sign at each mall entrance where, listed under "Prohibited" it is states no firearms. I left the mall through Boscov's Department store. In double checking all of the entrances/exits, Boscov's is NOT posted. So you can shop at Boscov's but stay out of the mall if you're carrying.

I'm thinking we would look like France. A "first world nation" with a huge number of refugees from other countries. And I believe gun rights are non-existent.

I did not know that. Most of my rigs are vaccuum tube driven for that reason. Thanks for the info!

An amateur radio setup will work in an EMP-impacted environment only if the radio uses vaccuum tubes. If a solid state radio is within range of the EMP blast/fallout, the internals will be fried. Vaccuum tubes are immune to EMP. Mr. Stu is right about the "pay as you go" phones. Even if you protect the phone, computers make the connection. They will likely be fried anyway.

I think the messaging matters. Republicans need to find a way to connect with them. Kim G. failed at that during her gubernatorial run for governor. Not all democrats are gun haters. My daughter is a gun owner and likes to shoot.....a lot..........and she's a democrat.

Wow, that idea sounds great! I live in Pinelands myself. Mrs. Peel is correct, contact an environmental firm before you purchase your property. In my area, I can think of three construction projects that were stopped by rare species of animals that lived on the land of the proposed projects. IMO, you would be better off south of Hammonton because the environmental headaches would be fewer. Best of luck to you!

The take-away from this interaction is prior that to June 22, 2022, anyone carrying a firearm and didn't supply active or retired law enforcement credentials was immediately arrested. NJ police officers now have to think a bit before bringing out the handcuffs. I hope they can handle that. Police officers in other states have been doing this for years.

I commented over a week ago that I thought it was alcohol poisoning. The fact that Murphy refuses to discuss this, to me, means that what happened doesn't fit the narrative they want. So I'm thinking, like several others on here, it's jabs for the Fauci Fungus.

That's true, however, they also state on the form that you list all of the firearms intend to carry, by serial number. Heck, they already have that information in my case.
