1. Initial FID card & 2 Permits 2. NJSP Barracks (Woodbine) 3. Trooper (forgot his name) 4. Applied in December 13th 2017 and recieved ID/Permits on February 8th 2018 or 57 days. 5. Application, Mental Health Check form, Fingerprinting, & 2 references 6. Notes- references were called instead of being mailed.
