Seems excessive to me. Local shops around here are anywhere from $35-$50 transfer plus NICS and will discount if more than one transfer in a single transaction.

I am actually not entirely sure of what brake is on it, but it's pretty standard. It was pinned/welded by Monmouth Arms. It has the standard DD telescoping stock that was pinned. I'll text you pics in a minute, still have your number.
