  1. Sounds good. Only thing this law was meant to do was turn law abiding citizens into felons and steal our property.
  2. Haven't watched 60 minutes in years. It's much less like investigating and a lot more like selectively picking topics that they can air their opinion on.
  3. Clearly you didn't read the rest of it. Their "study" was looking at the FDA's AERS data to see what was reported. This is the exact same thing dumbass antivaxers do to try to prove their case. If I eat spoiled food, get the flu shot, and later can't get off the toilet, I can report that I got the flu shot and had diarrhea and that would then get recorded as someone having the "side effect" of diarrhea from the flu shot. The whole AER system is not proof of anything. And the study you quoted has not a shred of evidence that the cause of the violence they picked was the result of brain chemical drugs and not some other factor. Correlation does NOT equal causation.
  4. I'd like actual proof considering almost everyone on SSRI's don't decide to just shoot places up. It's just a way of trying to blame the drugs for real issues.
  5. Hey, when you have dirt on royalty, politicians, the elite of the world, it's amazing how fast people work together to get things accomplished.
  6. Here at NJGF, you are for some reason to address every single person who responds to you, regardless of how many times you've already answered the same question or if it's ridiculous.
  7. See? Even Sniper is aware it's a tinfoil level theory. Sick that anyone would ever suggest kids getting shot is a conspiracy.
  8. So, speaking to a legal expert, the case has been broken down to the essentials as this: The liability is based on the claim that it's Remington's advertising that caused Adam Lanza to commit this atrocity. So is that viable to sue Remington over? Yes, the claim is a valid reason to sue. Proving it though has a much higher burden though. Based on that, I'd have a hard time believing by definition Remington could be held responsible as there's no proof that's why he actually did it. But it wouldn't be the first time a sympathetic jury gave out a ridiculous settlement.
  9. Surprised people in Boston didn't sue the maker of the pressure cooker used in the marathon bombing.
  10. This sets a horrible precedent, not even just for firearms manufacturers but as some of you already pointed out, a number of industries. I mean, being held responsible for third party sellers? Let me get this straight: Remington sells this firearm to a gun store, the gun store has the NICS check done, sells it legally to someone, that someone's son takes the gun without permission and shoots a ton of people. So they are trying to create blame a number of levels backwards? Can I sue Yuengling and Chevy if I drink too much at the bar and crash? Can I sue Boeing if a pilot screws up a land and bounces too hard, causing injury? If I take the bus somewhere and the driver decides to run a red light to save time, then crashes, can I sue Greyhound? It's insane how horrible this will go. I feel for these people. I really do. No one should have to suffer the death of a child from some psycho who shoots up a school. But Remington is so far down on the list of who could be blamed, it's senseless.
  11. Ok, so let's say he is assigned a court date. How far away is that? Months? Screw it, if he knows in advance he's screwed, what's to stop him from just moving forward with shooting up a synagogue in the mean time?
  12. I get it, I don't think LE should just take someone's guns based on nothing. But someone clearly mentally unstable who advocates violence and genocide? That's a huge difference from someone just trying to get revenge but has no actual proof of threats or violence.
  13. He's trying to imply it's my sole news source. I get my news from a variety of sources. Just not insane extremist not actually news, actually pure speculation just to get clicks from people who don't want to believe the actual story. You know, sites like InfoWars, American Thinker, Conservative Review, Democracy Now, Think Progress. Those are shitty sites that write stories (not news) based on what their viewer base wants to hear. Nothing about actual facts.
  14. Heard about it earlier today. Thank God no one was in the house.
  15. Saying Trump should be impeached isn't a threat. Saying you'll start a civil war if your president who committed immoral acts is impeached now, THAT could be considered a threat. And I don't watch CNN. I listen/read a number of news sources, generally CNN, BBC, Fox, etc. to see what's being reported on, then I read from multiple sources to get a broader view.
  16. When I start saying we should commit genocide, they'll have a right to complain. This isn't some story about getting revenge on someone and abusing the rules. This is some psycho that should not be able to own lethal weapons.
  17. So a guy constantly rants about needing to kill all the Jews, doesn't hide his behavior. But preventing him from shooting up innocent people is disturbing? Wow...
  18. Meh, guy clearly was too mentally unstable to own guns. You can't constantly threaten violence and expect people to think you aren't a threat to society.
  19. So...I now have one. And tonight I FINALLY got to fire it. Holy crap is it amazing. The recoil is still not much on the 6.5 CM, even being used to firing .223 rem. Trigger is smooth. Bolt was buttery smooth. Got it brand new for $930. Can't wait to get some practice in and move the distance out. Might have to do some trips to PA for some REAL distance shooting.
  20. I mean, as much as Project Veritas is a piece of crap edit the hell out of videos to try to claim whatever we want type of group, this doesn't surprise me. Tons of rich and powerful people worldwide connected to Epstein and so much effort to kill this story.
  21. I recently picked up a TC LRR in 6.5 creedmoor. Need to get it to the range for its first shots. Would love to see what it can do at long range.
  22. Already with the bitching and moaning on both sides about Trump getting this dirtbag, no he didn't, etc. ST6 killed UBL. Delta killed al-Baghdadi. Screw politicians who try to take credit for the military's hard work. Just because someone was a president at the time doesn't mean shit. We just need to be happy one more piece of shit terrorist is gone.
