  1. It doesn't matter. Every election year, it happens just in case it is the year where Democrats suddenly do win and decide to ban everything even though it won't be.
  2. Come October, we'll see more panic buys just because people think all guns will be made illegal the second a Democrat gets elected. Seems to happen every election year.
  3. So I guess that means no Rocky Mountain Piss Water Coors Light either.
  4. I use stainless steel media. I haven't had any issues with it getting stuck in flashholes like you do with walnut. I initially just used dishwasher detergent and it worked, but lately I've started adding a tidbit of Lemishine and the brass looks brand spanking new. Got a food dehydrator too for cheap that I can stick my brass in and ensure it's dry. And for the most ridiculous containers for holding brass, I've been using Utz pretzel containers. The ones for pretzel rods. I put my brass in there, throw in some packets of desiccant, and put on the lid. Surprising puts on a solid seal. My friend from work taught me a lot of these tricks and snacks on Utz pretzels on his 2 hour drive to work so he always has empties in the back of his truck I can grab (he has more than he needs so he saves some for me).
  5. This could be the defining moment that unites the country.
  6. That's pretty much why I won't get a Glock. I don't like the blocky feel. My Walther P22 is super comfy. I like my wife's Baretta M9A1. Might go with a Rock Island 1911 for my next one though Sig's are fantastic.
  7. The Glock is great if you want something basic that you can customize to hell. There never seems to be an end to the aftermarket accessories that go with Glocks. I personally don't have one because it's not my style, but it's hard to argue against aftermarket support. I prefer to spend the extra cash and get something nicer. It's all personal preference though.
  8. My mom mentioned this to me. Most of my family live up that way in Ocean County. I was expecting it to be worse than it was in Atlantic County and while it did thunderstorm, it wasn't that bad. I guess the worst of it shifted north.
  9. Define success. Because so far, the Michigan protests accomplished nothing but a large group of people being made fun of, the state still isn't opening, and they just had their highest amount of new cases/deaths. The governor of Ohio seems in no rush to open up anything. So other than successfully spreading germs around and now being the laughingstock of every meme, not sure what you are talking about. Patriotism is Americans sacrificing for one another so people don't needlessly die because people are bored indoors.
  10. I'm not sure about crude oil, but for stuff like regular gasoline, the longer it sits, the more it degrades and the lighter components of the case degrade really fast. Diesel will see similar degradation but not as fast. Not sure about heavier oils. But as far as storing the gas most of us put in our passenger cars, any kind of long-term storage is going to be awful for those companies.
  11. I'll be honest, I was half expecting it to redirect to this page when you finished submitting your answers:
  12. Hm, won't hit shit if it's not actually zeroed. He's not wrong.
  13. Sent you a coupon code I got emailed the other day. Right now at work, I have AK47 Espresso and CAF, but unfortunately I can't get there. Those are by far my two favorites. I did place an order for some Silencer Smooth to give it another go. Giving lighter roasts a try these days. As @Scorpio64 said, the extra money is because you are supporting a small business. Also for every bag you buy, they send a bag to first responders. Other times they send a bag to soldiers downrange.
  14. Well, the world all over increased and increased production then all of a sudden no one is driving. The ratio of supply and demand flip flopped. Gas is under $2/gal. Good time for these huge oil companies to spend some of the billions of dollars they've made year after year to invest in alternative sources of fuel. More research jobs to come up with more efficient methods, more engineering and construction jobs to manufacture and design equipment. They'll be better prepared for when oil becomes scarce. They won't have to worry as much about having tons of product sitting around degrading. The time for them to invest in cleaner, more efficient fuels is now.
  15. Kinda scary to me that you have no idea what loads are safe to load in your rifle. Do you just pick a low load and stick with that or do you not work your way up until you get consistent results/overpressure signs telling you to back off? Sounds off from what you should be doing.
  16. I remember you exaggerating stuff and making shit up. And even though I said I was going by manuals, you claimed I'd blow myself up just to scare me away from a hobby. You guys have a hard on for not wanting to help new shooters. I've seen it happen multiple times on this forum. Quite sad that you'd try to make the shooting community look like a bunch of jerks. Don't want brass I never even fired myself? Don't take it. Not like I'd care if you didn't want it.
  17. Make sure to not wear a mask and feel free to shake hands, hug people, ignore their coughing since it's probably just allergies. Don't bother washing your hands either. After all, you clearly don't think hundreds dying a day in this state alone is a big deal. Clearly it won't happen to you, right?
  18. Ugh, I just got one a week ago. On the bright side, I love mine! I got plenty of .223 brass mixed lots Lake City. Once fired. Probably near 800-900 cases I don't need. Pretty much up for grabs.
  19. I probably have around 900 pieces. People can PM me.
  20. I dont have anything in .243 (though it's on the list down the road) or 30-30. Just stating I too have more brass than I need and I'm not going to nickle and dime people or used brass.
  21. Yea, I probably have some spare once fired .223 brass. Honestly, I have more than I'll use in a long time. Lake City. I actually have some of it sorted by year.
  22. Shame you aren't in South Jersey. I've got thousands of CCI mini mag rounds.
  23. There's a thread in the 1A forum where I actively went into this. But the tl;dr version is your Constitutional rights are not unlimited and can be restricted under extreme circumstances, which a highly transmissible disease falls under. The Supreme Court has upheld restrictions time and again on the First Amendment and others. So it's backed by case law.
