    I just submitted an application to purchase and they (NJSP) tells me me my SBI number is wrong. And I took it off my last pistol permit , and FID card. What gives? Appreciate any advice.

    Would anyone know What Nutley NJ PD ORI number is? Appreciate any info.

      Anybody find it interesting that there is no longer an on-line listing of ORI numbers, which, in essence, forces one to go to, or call, their local PD? There used to be a listing, easily found by Googling, but no more. Tin foil hat time??

      If you are seeking the ORI number for Nutley Twp in Essex County it should be 0071600.

      As far as I can tell, the ORI numbers are just an extrapolation of the municipal codes (4 digits) for which there is a listing. Nutley Twp's is 0716.

      IIRC, when using FARS to apply, when you enter the ORI it tells you with what LEA that number is associated.
