  1. Hello everyone, brand new to the board so let me know if I'm in the right subforum or if I can have this better answered elsewhere. pagunforums.com anyone? lol Can anyone recommend an FFL in Pennsylvania that will pin weld breaks, pin stocks, and also accept transfers. I live in North Jersey so anything in North PA with low FFL and gunsmithing fees are preferable. I am running into problems with a shop refusing to send complete AR 15s to NJ FFLs. Any help is appreciated.
  2. Been searching for info on out-of-state long gun transfers that don't involve money being exchanged.. I have my FID card. My father is a PA resident and has three NJ compliant long guns he wants to gift me. I'm hearing mixed thoughts on this and other forums regarding whether or not I need to go through an FFL to legally obtain them. Should the NJ FFL route be required, do the guns need to be driven to FFL in NJ or shipped? Thanks in advance. I know this is somewhat a popular topic so I appreciate the help.

  4. The weather was as changeable as the gun haters' rhetoric. It started cloudy, then the sun came out, then it rained. First, they said they want to ban so-called assault weapons, then they said they don't want to take our guns. Not once did they express a concern for liberty, the most precious value. So it went in Morrisville, PA on May 11, 2013 at the Pre-Mother’s Day March against Gun Violence. http://theinternationallibertarian.blogspot.com/2013/05/in-gun-grabbers-faces-counter.html
  5. My friend from PA sent me this with his edits: In the near future, I plan to re-introduce House Bill 2725 of the 2011-2012 Legislative Session, which will amend Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to further limit the circumstances in which the use of force is permissible. I believe that the value of a (CRIMINALS) human life is greater than any possession, and the use of force should only be used in extreme circumstances. As state representatives, it is our duty to provide the (CRIMINAL) residents of this Commonwealth with the security and protection they desire. However, such safety should not be provided at the expense of another (CRIMINALS) individual’s life, as it currently is by the established provisions of the Castle Doctrine. My legislation will address this issue by prohibiting (VICTIMS) individuals from using force for the protection of property, an individual, or one’s own well-being, if the (VICTIM) person is either able to retreat or instructed by peace officers or public safety dispatchers not to pursue the suspect (WHICH MEANS DON'T CALL THE POLICE UNTIL ITS OVER). If enacted, this legislation could decrease number of unnecessary deaths (OF CRIMINALS) and injuries in this Commonwealth, including injuries inflicted on crime victims that attempt to engage in a confrontation with an offender. If you have any questions regarding this legislation to assist in curbing the number of unnecessary deaths and injuries of (CRIMINAL) residents of this Commonwealth, please contact Here is the original bill: http://openstates.or...11-2012/HB2725/ Here is the new bill: http://openstates.or...013-2014/HB518/ http://www.legis.sta...&cosponId=10863 http://www.legis.sta...H&type=B&bn=518 Germaine Brown via email [email protected] or at 717-772-6955.
