  1. Does anyone have experience with Jim Flynn’s in glen Gardner nj, I bought a bag of 9mm Ammo for my Glock 19 gen 5 and I was wondering if it’s good Ammo and if it’ll be safe to fire in my Glock. Thank you- TD
  2. So like everyone else I'm looking at ways to shave cost on ammo. I am not interested in reloading yet but i guess purchasing reloads/re-manufactured is an option. Just for plinking/range time. Any one have had experience with their re-manufactured ammo good or bad? Also if other vendors out there to consider please shed some light here. Thanks in advance. George
  3. I was at the range today and a guy was cleaning up his brass and had shot about 100 rounds of S&B .45 ammo. Just as he was about to throw it out i asked him if i could have it. He said sure and gave it too me my question is the primers have what looks like a red translucent coating on them. Is this coating a sealer and if it is should i do anything different when I eventually reload them. if they are going to be a pain to deal with i will just toss them as it was only a 75 to a 100. But i also want to know beacause of the sportsmans guide deal i was going to buy 500 rounds but if they are going to be a pain to reload i will pass. thanks
  4. I have about 350 brass pieces that I have been cyling through my press. Out of those 350 there are some 20 or so that just will not accept the Lee case trimmer. This is the trimmer/sizer that is to cut to the exact 9m Luger size and has a metal post at the blade end that, as far as I know, should be at the diameter expected for the 9mm luger case mouth. I trim after popping the spent primer, which is built into the Lee case sizing die. Most have no issue but I just can't figure out how a spent pistol case can be too small a the opening. Any ideas why or what I can do to fix that? I have tried running them through the sizer twice and got nothing.
