    When moving the safety lever from "fire" to "safe" I notice that it locks onto safe but if I push just a little harder it keeps moving past safe and ends up pointing down to almost a 7 or 8 o'clock position. Is this normal for the Tavor?

    So I just bought a Tavor and am looking for ammo recommendations just for plinking some targets and basic shooting. I'm not looking for top of the line stuff, but I also don't want to shoot a crappy round. Anyone have a preference as far as .223, 5.56, grains, etc for the Tavor? Thank you.
